I like several restaurants like Mastro Sushi just beside the motel.
North Grand Hotel restaurant carries great menus, Merwin optical is great and less expensive, pharmacists helpful, a lot more. Thanks.

Interesting city, friendly people.
Interesting city, friendly people. We visited the WAC Bennett Dam very interesting ( don’t miss this) and the town of Hudson’s Hope which has a good museum. Saw a moose with her calf, and deer. Had a great breakfast at TJ’s!

We loved the bright colours, the hotel and room looked clean and new. The breakfast was tasty and we had a lot of options. Staff was friendly and competent, the front desk called the room after we checked in to make sure everything was fine with the room, we felt very looked after.
We were only staying overnight, but I sometimes stay in Fort St John for business and would consider the Home2 Suites for longer stays, the kitchenette would be very handy.
fresh & clean brand new hotel with all the amenities and then some! Continental breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly, and were accommodating of my two pet birds for a small fee $20. Which I was so thankful! The shower was a lovely rainfall style. There was a fridge & coffee maker which was handy. Overall a very comfy overnight stay after a long day of travel!
Nicest place to stay in Ft. St. John - the hotel is also a conference centre, and is clean and tastefully appointed. Super comfortable beds, excellent food in the hotel restaurant for dinner, fresh cookies/fresh fruit at check in is a nice touch. Shower is large, towels fluffy, cozy bedding and perfect pillows. Amazing sunrise views from the upper floors.
The location was central. The parking lot felt a bit “sketchy”, but we didn’t run into any issues. Overall hotel was more run down than I expected. There was some staining to the bed sheets and some hair in the bath tub-But otherwise felt clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of toast, cereal or muffins. Some fruit would have been a nice addition.
It was downtown, and the surrounding area was very clean also; room was clean with comfy beds as at other Coast hotels; managers were courteous and respectful, friendly; great restaurant next door, Audacious; price was decent considering it was a noticeably older building.
I had business in Taylor and the hotel's location on the south side of town was beneficial. Traffic lights on the access road make it easy to get to the hotel. Repeating myself but breakfast was superb!
Friendly front staff. I love the bag breakfast!! For the price, this is a steal of a property!! Super comfortable bed. Everything you need in a hotel stay!
