Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking.
Ibis Budget hotel was nowhere near the hotel for walking. Taxi was 17 Swiss Francs and it wasn't until daylight that the tram was best option. Do take a tram (and get on the correct one) into Zurich proper and wander around - we found a lovely cafe called Raffael's that I would highly recommend.StevenUnited Kingdom - 4.0Scored 4.0

The customer service answers quickly we called mostly every day to ask silly questions and they answered, the room is small but perfect for the couples, bathroom’s door was transparent so u must have an ultimate relationship with ur partner 😆but everything was perfect. The location is far from the center but just right next to train station it takes seconds to walk for it , we had a car but we used the train twice and it was coming frequently and it takes around 20 minutes to get to the center u want even feel it , i found it very comfortable and cozy and perfect for its price it has supermarkets and restaurants near by and open for late hours which was perfect for us when we come home hungry, i totally recommend it

We really didn't spend any time here other than staying at the hotel. It's about a half hour tram ride into the centre of Zurich from here, and two stops to Kloten airport. It's a light industry area with lots of office buildings but no shops or residences so very quiet on the weekends and after 5pm.RobinAustralia - 10Scored 10

It's very easy to reach Glattbrugg from Zurich airport via...
It's very easy to reach Glattbrugg from Zurich airport via public transport. There's a train to Opfikon but a more regular service is by bus (768), right outside the airport and a 5 minute ride. They run every 15 minutes. There are many Hotels, shops and restaurants in the area. We stayed at Hotel Dormero, which is very good..Herbert

The self service breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and was very enjoyable. The owner's son Riza was the perfect host who made our three night stay an enjoyable experience - he even personally collected us in his car late one evening after we became slightly lost walking back to the hotel from the tram stop following a day out in the city! Limited parking if you're in a car, but a perfect location for Zurich Airport.

I will continue to stay here when flying into or out of Zurich airport. The owners made some improvements since my last stay. There are now four guest rooms, not six, which makes for a quiet stay. The kitchen has also been redone and is very nice. The rest of the place is as before, with the room clean and the bed very comfortable.

I arrived by car, there are parking spaces available (at a okayish fee by Zurich standards), getting to the hotel is very easy, as it is mabe a kilometer away from the highway. The room was spotless, well set up and big enough for my needs. The staff was also very welcoming and nice.
