A lovely, compact city with lots of clean, comfortable public spaces. The area around the station is filled with lots of good restaurants and shops and a giant Aeon mall. I would describe the city as a college town, with a young vibe to match. Walkways are wide and clean and the streets fairly easy to drive and navigate, even for new visitors.RubyDanJapan

Okayama I found very friendly, lots of flowers and nice bike rides into the countryside. God hub to explore other cities and islands in the area.
