Songjiang is a unique town , seems to have a culture of its own, the locals are very involved in activities around the town. Its not as busy as Shanghai but doesn't have the great variety of western restaurants that you'll find in Shanghai.

Great hotel on the outside of Shanghai that makes you feel that you are in a different country. The staffs english is good and very helpful. The buffet dinner I amazing and everyone is ready to help where they can. The swimming area is big and spacious which makes it wonderful to swim.Eben ElsSouth Africa

The hotel has a private access to the Guangfulin Relics Park. Also, the hotel has a nice area for outdoor activities, as well as kids play area which my child really enjoyed. The hotel staffs were really cordial and had english speaking staff. You can easily take a small trip of one or two day if you are visiting Shanghai to get more authentic Chinese heritage feel by visiting the Guangfulin Relics.
