The rooms were spacious, the staff was excellent. The hotel is opposite a hotel and a museum. It is also a 15 min taxi ride to the Hongqiao train station/airport.
The breakfast was satisfactory. The facilities included a swimming pool and a play area. I love that the play area is attached to where you eat your breakfast, which means you can eat while your kids are playing.
The best thing though was the staff and their flexibility. With the regular need to have a Covid test, there is a testing station behind the hotel which make it very convenient.

Oh wow, what didn't I like??? This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning.
