Great spot in Victoria, amazing views from the accommodation and next door to one of the best restaurants we visited in Mahe, Marie Antoinette. Room was very comfortable and breakfast provided was really good with a great selection of food.

We are travelling very often all over the world and never in our life we meet a person as Jeoanne, the owner of the apartment. She took care about us more than our mother, helping every need we had. She provide a taxi driver who showed us Mahe Island .Hubert was the best taxi driver in the world.

I like the area many thanks to do like shopping, booking experiences, good hotel and restaurants on the beach, a cazino if you like casinos. We love Coral Strand Hotel for eating there in their restaurants

There is not a lot of signposts for tourists to know where walking trails start. You need to research it yourself and when you get to the start of the trail there is a sign but no arrow to tell you where to actually walk!

We like long beach walks; we had a plenty of it in Bel Ombre...
We like long beach walks; we had a plenty of it in Bel Ombre. We like seafood; a lot of small nice places to have it. I would avoid going to La Plage which is located on the beach - very untasty, very unpleasant service. All other place were quite good. And, once again - our stay there - for 3 days - was too short; we could spend there much more!

Bel Ombre is a good place to stay and still be close to Beau Vallon beach, but you must have a car as public buses are not allowed for tourists due to Corona restrictions. Top attraction is the Anse Major trail.

Go past the first line of stones and there is a reef with lots of fish. Often also stingrays just out front. With a 5 minute walk you are on the beautiful beach of Beau Vallon. Closeby, you can get affordable and good food at the casino. Apartment: has great facilities, is clean. Beach chairs and table are present. Overall had a great stay despite being unlucky with the weather.CarstenNetherlands

She was always present and helped us with our questions whenever needed. Also the fact that there is a small grocery shop right next to the apartment is a huge pro. One of the most beautiful beaches of Mahe (Beau Vallon Beach) is 5-10 minutes of walk from there. The apartment itself was spotless with daily house cleaning (which was a pleasant surprise) and had every appliance needed.

The manager contacted the planner for us, and found a hair and makeup specialist so the bride would look like the beauty she is. Then they surprised us with champagne, balloons and snacks after the wedding. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washing machine got a lot of use after our trips to the beach. We were served fresh fruits and drinks without asking for it. We were incouraged to pick fruit from the garden. Every time we wanted to cook, there was someone to help us. We even got a fred ride to our next accomodation. At any time of the day, we got help if needed and felt really welcome. The grocery store 100m from the appartment is a great advantage. Really fantastic from the start to the finish. Late checkout wasnt problem at all.
