The staff was very open and welcoming. Very good location, well connected with other locations (capo Gallo, Mondello square) by buses and shuttle buses. Also good connected with Palermo city center.

Nothing! the hotel lied about having both the pool open the restaurant available for dinner/breakfast. We had to leave because of this and they first told us they were going to refund the days we didn't stay but a couple of days later got back telling us they would't refund because they had already paid taxed to the government. Unbelievable, I travel a lot, especially using Booking.com and never had this kind of issues. Beware of this scammers!!!

Perfect location for being near, but not in, Palermo. Beautiful pool, grounds and on the sea. Staff was exceptional as was breakfast.

Clean, cozy, had both laundry machine and espresso maker as well as full kitchen. Good location 15 min walk from main beaches and lungomare. The host was extremely helpful and appeared just in time as we arrived 3 hours late and were unable to warn him due to cell service outage. He also gave us a ride into Palermo (over 30 minute drive!) on our leaving day which was incredibly kind and helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough, would rate 20/10, and thank you so much to the host!
