The resort was very family orientated.
The resort was very family orientated. It felt safe and there was a lovely atmosphere. We were initially surprised at how busy the beach was but for good reason, the sand is lovely and the sea clear. 2 loungers and a beach umbrella were available for 20 euros. There were lots of beach vendors but they were good natured and not too intrusive. Considering how many people were on the beach, there didn't seem to be as many around in the evening. We felt there wasn't a big choice of restaurants/bars and there was one bar, with neon lights, playing louder music which seemed to be empty but then maybe it was a late starter as we only saw it up to about 10.30pm. There were a changing selection of stalls along the promenade with food stands and some small fairground rides available for young children whilst we were there. I don't know if they were there for the full summer season.

There are few bars in Pescoluse and at this time of year...
There are few bars in Pescoluse and at this time of year only a few open restaurants, that said it was quiet and relaxing and if you are prepared to walk of an evening for ten or so minutes then there is more available in Torre Vado. Not many Brits there and lots of Italians which is just what I liked

Not what we expected.
Not what we expected. I think that’s our own fault but it’s very beach club but not that great. All had a bit of tacky feel to them and slightly run down after a long summer season maybe. The beach was nice but very crowded in the public areas where you didn’t have to pay. We had a lovely day at La Venere where we paid for lingers and then had drinks on the terrace at Cozza. Both nice but you have to pay to get a nicer setting.

On the rooftop there is a terrace where dinner is served and where one can just hang out enjoying a sunset view. The hotel has an own cook. Both breakfasts with freshly baked pastry and dinner with selection of fish and meat dishes were delicious. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff is incredibly friendly and they made us feel like home. The breakfast is delicious with both savory and sweet options. The room is well equipped with an AC. The hotel is close to the crystal clear water beaches. I'd definitely recommend.

Just a great place to stay near the beach. It's a 10 min walk down the hill to the closest beach, but excellent beaches close by and good food.
