Sun-Kissed Days and Sizzling Nights
Sun-kissed Riccione is an Adriatic resort of lazy days and crazy nights. Although you can find a bit of peace and quiet if required, the amazing nightlife is the prime attraction. Summer is ushered in by the inappropriately named Pink Night, a week-long event where absolutely everything is painted pink.
The best bars, restaurants and discos are interspersed between designer shops along Viale Dante and Viale Ceccarini. Both are near the long, sandy beach stretching all the way to neighbouring Rimini and overlooked by a whole host of beachfront hotels and apartments available on Booking.com. If you happen to tire of relaxing under a parasol with a good book, there are plenty of beach activities and watersports on offer.
At one end of the beach is the Riccione Terme spa, and cycle routes run past here and up into the hills behind the town. In these hills are 2 of the best Adriatic Riviera theme parks: the Aquafan waterpark and Oltremare, an adventure complex with a dolphin lagoon. There is also a dolphinarium in Rimini, in addition to Italy in Miniature.
Of course, some visits are for work not play and the Riccione Conference Centre is an important events venue, easily reached from Federico Fellini Airport.

Location was excellent a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Small supermarket 2 minutes walk. Very clean and exceptionally well designed appartment with a great coffee machine, fridge , microwave and dishwasher. The host Roberto met us with the keys when we arrived. Roberto could not have been more helpful and accommodating during our stay! I would highly recommend staying here and we will book again without hesitation next time we visit Riccione! Lovely restaurants and great shopping, however it felt a little too industrial for our taste. The exclusively private beaches which results in a beach strip with 30 rows of sun loungers all across the beach takes a little bit away from the beauty. And as with any "tourist traps" be aware of pickpockets. More than once when i left my partner behind at the hotel to do some shopping alone, i was being followed by some pickpockets until i engaged in direct eye contact.

Riccione is one of the best place ever. The beach is enormous and you can choose where do you want to enter. I found beach number 65 and 66 the best. In the beach 66 was filmed the '' Under the sun of Riccione''. Another thing is the commercial area. I couldn't believe there are so many shops. The restaurants are beyond expectations. I personally find the Italian cuisine very tasteful and it is not only pasta and pizza as many people think. In Piazzale Roma Radio deejay every year organize a lot of activities. Riccione per sempre. Il migliore posto del mondo!

Our balcony was great for relaxing. The air conditioning worked great. The safe and mini refrigerator were useful.
