Nice city that mass tourism is not ruined yet.
Nice city that mass tourism is not ruined yet. Super friendly people and nice places to see. Difficult to get around without scooter or car as there is neither public transportation nor taxis available.

this is a wonderful town, very peaceful and quiet. we blew our front tire on our scooter on one of our adventures, and about 5 different people stopped to help. thats just one example, truly a place of genuine loving kindness and untampered by negative aspects of tourism.

After driving all over Malaysia for a month, we just planned two relaxing days near a beach on the way back to Lopburi. We didn’t expect so many lovely beaches with deep blue water, white sand and green coconut palms to be lined up in Khanom! Additionally, there are caves, a grand canyon, fish spas and boat trips. After an eventful sightseeing day, as a highlight try to visit the Noen Thewada Viewpoint (also called Khanom Viewpoint) around 5pm for exceptional pictures. After two days in Khanom, my Thai wife told me: “If we ever get rich, let’s buy land and build a small house near the beach in Khanom!” I guess this says it all...

Lots of resort development along the beach, not really the unspoilt paradise made out by other travellers. Still a nice beach and quiet but don't expect to find the old Thailand. Hard to find somewhere to eat breakfast but head to the main road opposite Jam Bay to mojis noodle bar for great, cheap Thai food.

I went on a cycling trip.and found the roads all around very good .very quiet with little traffic..fantastic side roads taking you into vast palm oil groves and rubber tree plantation s..the locals were all super friendly..really nice place to explore.
The breakfast was amazing. The lady boss served us drip coffee with toast/ eggs and homemade jam. We could even taste the real fruits in the jam. Having breakfast in the outdoor setting was amazing and we really feel connected with nature.
The pool was clean and definitely a lifesaver in the crazy Thailand heat.
Fresh water and coffee were readily available 24/7 within the resort.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Hallo Villa.
Happy Resort is a gem amidst a row of larger beach hotels. It's more a guesthouse with individual bungalows. The rooms are simple and basic but clean and comfortable. The charming Chai and his family are the greatest hosts. They provide the warmest Thai hospitality. The beach is right across the resort (about 100m). Chia has lots of suggestions on where to go and things to do around the area. Just ask.
Place is perfect for a relaxed stay at a really nice beach. The Host could not be more helpful. We had a great stay. Upron arival we were greated by the caretaker and she gave us the key an explained everything we needed to know for the stay.
The appartment has everything we needed and we used the kitchen a lot. The view from every room is breattaking.
This place is must visit! I live in Thailand over 8 years (in Koh Samui) and I can tell you this hotel is amazing, everything is new, water pressure is great, bed comfortable, beach is fantastic. We stayed only 1 night but decided that we will come back for the weekend there, that’s how much we loved it.
We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. The owners and staff were all responsive and helpful, and the unit was perfect for our needs. It was amazing that there was a clothes washer on site, the pool was amazing and quite photogenic, and the walls on the beach were a great way to start the day.
Our second stay in Le Pes Villa and everything was wonderful. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the people are very nice. Great swimming pool, nice restaurant. The nearest beaches are very nice and there isn't a lot of tourist in this area of Thailand yet. We enjoyed the thai market in Khanom.
I loved the garden and the cafe/reception with its huge fountain & plant covered vessels and the surrounding tropical countryside.
The owner Pizzy is amazingly warm and generous ( and super stylish). It’s a 15 minute walk to the almost desert beach, and the Hallo Villa pool is a great option.
Great as usual! And even become better than 5-6 years ago. Joy was really nice, careful and helpful like always. Everything works, some food and snacks in the morning. The guesthouse located right on the beach, that's awesome! You don't need any shoes here and that's awesome too!
The team were delightful; always friendly and welcoming. The food is outstanding. They have a great range of western meals as well as their own pizza oven. Rooms are fresh, clean and the bed was a dream. Oh it’s by the beach - what more could you want! Can’t wait to come back.
Luv everything about this one we had the private pool suite and let’s say it was perfect . Step out and we were at the pool and looking outside we can see the beach as well . Breakfast was excellent very authentic . Staff was attentive and very nice and helpful .
beautiful accommodation. During our stay in the khanom garden suite we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean&nice. the owner was extremely courteous and friendly and always made sure that we had a great time. the price is great, would come again!
A small family run hotel. Rooms are simple but well kept. The bathrooms is clean, the shower has a comfortable water pressure. The bed is very comfortable. It’s quiet at night.
Position position position what a spot. Right on the beach. Flop into the warm ocean. Stroll to several excellent restaurants along the beach, perfect place.
