This hotel has a perfect location in Maenam. It’s off a small side street which means it’s very quiet at night. There’s beach access just two minutes walking from the property. And from both the front and back of the building there are nice plots of forested land which means great sunsets and sunrises. Maenam Village proper is only about 5-10 minutes walking from the hotel and there you will find some excellent cafes that are open for the early risers as well as international restaurants and any kind of shop you could need. Maenam is also still a very Thai area of the island so along the main road you’ll have tons of authentic Thai food seasoned for Thai taste, not watered down and bland for the “NO SPICY!” farang. There’s a great Jok Muu shop for the best early morning Thai breakfast as well at 1baht Chinese donuts. The property itself was also fantastic. There’s a large swimming pool with lots of seating areas around and a covered dining area. The owner is very friendly, full of suggestions about the area, and check in is very smooth. The room itself is quite large for the price point. The bed and bedding are fantastic and there’s all the things you need for a longer stay like a fridge, kettle etc. The bathroom is huge and there’s a separate shower area instead of the classic Thai water closet style. And there’s also a very large and comfortable balcony to relax and enjoy the views. I just stayed one night because it’s very close to the Lomprayah Pralarn Pier but plan on making it my new go too hotel and recommending it to friends and family. As long as he doesn’t raise the prices then I won’t even bother searching for other rooms.

I spend there only 2 days (1 night) during my travels accross Thailand, but it was the place where I want to go for week or two vacation.
It is literally on the beach, it takes you 30 seconds to get into the water (if you book the bungalow).
The room was clean, nice and suitable for 2 people.
The breakfast is served on the outside table on the terrace with seaview.
The staff were nice, polite and helpful. The owner was great, willing to provide whatever you ask for.
I would give 11/10 rating if possible!

The Cape Bar is very good The beach is good. I was warned of jelly fish but didn't spot any. No diving near by which was my fault for not checking. I would avoid the flight/bus/ferry/ bus/ taxi option Over seven hours and information is very limited.

West part of the beach, where was our hotel, was too much constructed. When the tide is high, you can't walk on the beach (as the hotels are built too close) and can't go from one hotel to another one as they have walls separating each hotels. Meaning you are basically trapped in your hotel and can go somewhere only through vehicle roads. Very impractical beach walks.

Mae Nam was lovely, crazy and busy on the main road but quiet and laid back on beach roads. Has supermarkets, pharmacy's etc.
So easy to get around to other resorts, Fishermans Village, Chewang, Lamai and Nathong. On the main road there's lots of buses songthaws that will stop for you and once you've bargained the price just hop on board, great fun

Very coarse sand with a very steep bank.
Very coarse sand with a very steep bank. It hurts your feet to walk on and it's not comfortable for sunbathing.
On the upside, water is clean and beach is very quiet with very few people and barely any beach bars or clubs.

the location of the property was awful. the approachto the property was innaccessible. steep windy hill , taxi refused to take us all the way to property because of access. transport essential at this property
Comfortable and spacious rooms with a great view. Staff are friendly and helpful and service was good. The pool, bar and restaurant have a great view and perfect for spending the day relaxing, soaking up the sun and enjoying the view over the bay.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and good coffee.
Properly is up on the hill with a great view, rent a scooter which you will need to get around in Koh Samui and makes it easy to get to the hotel. Scooter hire is available from reception which is convenient
Excellent resort, the room was very good & spacious. The breakfast was very good. The staff were nice, kind & hospitable. The location is secluded with a beautiful beach access, yet close to bophut (which is very touristy), which one of the key reasons we enjoyed the stay, with lesser crowd and peaceful ambience. You can hire a bike paying a refundable deposit of 3k Thb and move around the town and explore. Overall wonderful place to stay and enjoy your vacation
-The staff are very welcoming and polite
-the nature of the resort is unique and very private for each room - we had a completely private pool - recommended for complete privacy.
-there's a quite beach.
-Massage is relatively cheap and with great value, after our massage they gave us advise for each one of us.
If you're looking for a quite place far from all the fuss this is the place..
However I recommend having something for mosquitoes...
Excellent property very close to a nice beach!
While the room is actually a canvas tent, it is nicer and more comfortable than most hotels with walls!
Fun experience, nice pools, definitely worthwhile!
I am a repeat customer and the service was excellent, friendly, and very helpful with suggestions of restaurants.
It was Covid time so the whole island is quiet, but the resort gave me a VIP one-on-one experience!
We have been traveling for 6 weeks and the Pinnacle Resort has been our favorite hotel throughout the journey! I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone who would like to relax at the beach and enjoy a great breakfast buffet (including vegetarian options). The AC is super quite, which was great at night.
I loved this property. if you want a special holiday then this is your special place to go. it immerses you in wonderful Koh Samui hospitality. the staff are wonderful and the location is a tropical paradise. it’s a very special experience. I ended up extending my stay!
Considering the price, this is a great deal. All the staff were polite, and the restaurant at the hotel was very good. It was also very kid friendly. Also, I loved that the staff would book any tours you wanted to go on for you with no additional charge.
We stayed here 3 times and we won't stay anywhere else in Koh Samui. Great views, wonderful quiet atmosphere, some nice restaurants, massage places and 7/11 near by. Tum and her husband are the best. We will come back !
The resort was outstanding. The staff could not have done more to make the stay incredible. The breakfast was brilliant and the rooms were a stone's throw from the private hotel beach, which was beautiful.
The private pool is so nice!! The best beach in Koh Samui is right in front of the villa with private hammocks and sunbeds
You have everything you need; the owner is very helpful and gives you many tips!
Very good resort with delicious food. Breakfast is also reasonably priced with a great buffet! We enjoyed swimming at the beach followed by the passion fruit cold brew at the hotel cafe. Mind blowing!
The Resort was just perfect. From staff bring super polite and helpful at all times. Even Hit an Upgrade to the „Ocean view room“. Would recommend to everyone searching to relax on Koh Samui! :)
O U T S T A N D I N G! The best resort on Samui island. High standard of service and attention with fantastic staff. If you stay here, you get what you pay for. Overall highly recommended.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was located at a quiet beach which was not far away from the ferry pier to other islands. The room was quite clean.
