Iteresting town with the temples, the markets and the monkeys. We had three nights and wished we'd stayed longer. We walked everywhere and enjoyed it all. There is definitely a lot more to Lopburi than monkeys, although they are fun to observe.

Went to the monkey temple.
Went to the monkey temple. Interesting but not worth a separate trip unless you're in the area. Found a reallty nice restaurant a short drive away - "Natural Life". Highly recommended, live music as well.

City rich in history. Very interesting and valuable Lopburi's National Museum. Not only monkeys. Vegetarian food is available. Old town is an excellent area for walking. Train station is in the centre, bus station is 2 km from there.

Cool temple ruins overrun with monkeys, and you can rent a scooter and visit a cool lake and bat cave. Don't stay for more than a night- it's a super quiet down, but definitely worth the stop!

Went to see the monkeys and the sunflowers.
Went to see the monkeys and the sunflowers. Did not see any flowers shortage of time. Saw a lot of monkeys at the temples. In fact two of them jumped on me and one of them took away my car keys from my pocket. He then ran off with them on top of the temple. I called the security there and they helped me get them back by using a catapult and hitting stones at the monkey, QUITE AN EXPERIENCE.

We went for a mountain cycling event which was organized by the locals, we were very well taken care of.
The last time I was in Lop Buri was when my 17 years ago, the town certainly has grown quite alot.
Eat at Salads' Crazy.
The rooms are a good size, my wife found the bed to be on the hard side, but I liked it, two pillows each, soft & hard.
The location was great for our needs, and there is plenty to eat outside of the hotel. Also, it feels safe to park your car overnight, unlike some places, I had two bicycles on the roof of my car and I didn't feel like I needed to be concerned about them.
I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast because I left the hotel at 6 am for an event.
Perfect location in Lopburi downtown with an affordable price. It is only a 5 minute walk from Lopburi Train station to the hotel.
Hungry? there're many stalls of the night market at the front of the train station. Just pick what you wanna eat !
The hotel looks old as it runs the business for a long time. However, a comfortable stay is the first one that I can figure out.
This hotel has a really good choice for breakfast and plenty of it. You could have omelette (there were various kinds), there was soup ( Thai porridge ( khao tom ), egg fried rice, boiled rice, a variety of other Thai dishes to eat with the boiled rice, eggs, sausage , toast, jam, marmalade and fresh salad. Plenty of tea, coffee, orange juice and fresh cold water.
Hop Inn Lopburi is very impressive in terms of cleanliness, service, and price. The room is quite tiny, but it is clean, minimal, and beautiful. Plus, the staff was so helpful that it takes only few minutes to check in and check out the hotel. Those who are looking for the hotel with a reasonable price should consider Hop Inn!
everything was extremely well-maintained and working well which is unusual in Thailand even in five star hotels. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful. The Buffay breakfast in the morning is well worth the money. This is one of the best buys in accommodations I have seen in a long time.
The room was beautiful. From the soft sheets, big comfortable bed to the clean floors and bathroom really made our stay feel like we were living in luxury! The homestay is in a peaceful area of Lop Buri, with Mountain views and bikes to borrow to explore the area.
1. Cleanliness of room and bathroom. Room space is quite appropriate, feel comfortable.
2. I like shower, clean and in a good condition, not broken or leaking like many other hotels.
3. Bed is in good condition. I have a good sleep all night.
The Budget hotel easy to found it located in the heart of downtown lopburi. In the addition just walking a few steps to the inconvenience store.
Around the hotel have interesting places such as ancient palace king Narai .
Really clean and neat. Elevator. Room very quiet as the hotel is very isolated from any noise. Even if there were some worksites around. Little buffet as breakfast. The cleaning staff was really nice and fun.
Good PRICE-PERFORMANCE Ratio, Staff and Reception very friendly and professional, Wifi quickly, free Parking at hotel, location - to city centre with car 10 minutes, no restaurants nearby after 8pm
The hotel is along the road leading to Bangkok on the outer area. It is likely to use a car to go into the center of the town.
The standard breakfast of the hotel has additions to pay for.
Hotel is situated in peaceful area, just a short walking distance from the temples and center. Owners were very friendly, room was clean and aircon worked perfectly
