Mylopotias is full of partying young people and there is a nightclub just down the road from where we stayed so we could hear the thumping music. We didn't mind, but it did mean that from 10pm we wouldn't sit on the balcony. Great beach, stylish restaurants esp. the sushi, not overcrowded. We kept different times vs the young crowd which meant that the beach was nearly empty in the morning and started to fill up at 2pm is. The beach, mini market and restaurants were a long way from the apartments we were staying at. It was very touristy and geared up for the youth who want to party. Pay sun beds and umbrellas on the beach were expensive. Good selection of water sports in the ocean.

Far Out Club is loud for a few hours at night but dies down before 10 ish in July. It is lovely in the daytime and one place rents cabanas with 1 side plexiglas very reasonably priced. The room was very nice and the location excellent in front of the beach, just to cross the road. The host, Mrs Irini was very nice and helpful. Prepared our breakfast every day and also small meals whenever needed. We really loved the place and will visit it soon again. Highly recommended.

The pool is excellent, with lots of sun beds, the gardens are gorgeous and the breakfast is incredible every single day! We got picked up from the port by the owners of the hotel and driven back. Its clean, spacious and walking distance to Mylopotas beach, which is one of the best beaches on the whole island. You can also safely walk to many restaurants bars, and even Chora. The room is equipped with cooking supplies and even a moka pot, we only stayed for 2 days but you could stay here comfortably for weeks. The location was excellent and walking distance to restaurants and the beach, and it was easy to take the bus up to the old Chora. The pool and our hotel room both had a stunning view and only a few minutes walk to both mylopotas and Ios town. 100/10 We were the last guests before the hotel closed for winter, and they still made sure we had everything and made us feel so at home in the hotel

The breakfast is phenomenal, room service is speedy and delicious and the property is private with incredible views. The pool was bigger than we anticipated and the pictures don't do this property justice. We will definitely be returning to Ios specifically to stay at Hide Out Suites. Also, book a private boat tour through Hide Out-- you will not be disappointed!
