The staff were absolutely amazing & extremely friendly. They treated us like family and were nothing short of truly exceptional. Anastasia, Maria, Georgia, and Fortis made such an impact on us that they made us want to come back! Breakfast was also amazing - so many options to choose from and all were delicious! The breakfast team was wonderful and made sure to accommodate all of our requests. Dinner at Phos restaurant was exceptional from taste to service to ambiance. The view was simply breathtaking!

Great place. Full service hotel. Everything felt new, everything worked, and everything was clean. Quiet. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Decent gym. Coffee, tea, bottled water provided in room and replenished every day. One minute walk to the beach. Buffet breakfast was great—lots of variety and had some Greek dishes. Stayed in early May before the high season—very good value.

The views were amazing, the pool was gorgeous. Hotel breakfast is worth it. Hotel staff were very helpful. They arranged for a driver to pick us up from the airport and drop us off. They helped us with all our needs & questions. Location is fantastic (yes there are a lot of stairs) but you can walk almost anywhere. Fantastic restaurants. One word of advice ask the hotel manager questions they will help out and make suggestions.

Platis Yialos is a very nice beach.
Platis Yialos is a very nice beach. There is a charge for the use of the sunbeds which is quite expensive. There is a good beach bar called Yialo Yialo. They serve good food and the staff are very nice in there. Do not go to the DK Oyster bar, this is the bar with the black umbrella's outside on the beach. They have a terrible reputation for ripping people off, sometimes for 100's of Euros. This happened to me a number of years ago and happened to another resident in our hotel this year. She was charged 500 Euros for not very many drinks and something to eat!

The beach is well organised, with many restaurant options. There’s a 5 stars hotel, with a beach bar called Branco, which was really good. I’d say that 85% of the beach is covered by the sun beds for rental. The remaining part is public, so people can lay down on the sand on their own towels. Beach close to the hotel isn't really special. A lot of people, for sure not the best beach on the island, but the hotel ist really good located. Bus station direct in front of the hotel, bus goes all hour to the center of mykonos. Two of the bigger and famous beach clubs (Skorpios and Santanna) are reachable by walking around 10min.
