Very nice little hotel, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Location is very good, 50 meter from two nice beaches. A couple of good restaurants are within 2 minutes walking. All the staff is very helpful. The breakfast is excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice, very good coffee (different types), and many choices of food- including a healthy one.

The view was nice.
We had a pool.
The staff was helpful and friendly.
They have a room with a shower for people that arrive early like we did. For us was really helpful because we prepared to go scuba and then came back to the ready room.
The wine at the bar was really nice, so was the barman that served us. I belive the wine was called Kotrots.

Boats are available to rent.
Snorkeling gear is available for rent from the gift shop near the boat ramp. But unfortunately we didn’t see many fish in early May.

Paleocastrica- it’s nothing like picturesque village. It’s big parking sides with lots of cars and coaches ,very busy
Lots of abandoned ,rusted cars and boats just left on the sides of the road . Paleocastrica it’s a port
where tourists are coming to rent a boats for a day trip
Beaches are small, not clean , very overcrowded. Sea waters are polluted because each beach it’s a station for lots of boats
There is no decent place to eat .
It’s looking beautiful on pictures, but different when you’re there.
Disappointing

Great views and a couple of nice beaches.
Great views and a couple of nice beaches. The hinterland is beautiful with some good hiking. Town is a bit haphazard and untidy. Totally closes in the off-season. Closest supermarket (good) 2 kilometres, cafe 3 kilometres, restaurant (great) 5 kilometres away

Paleokastritsa is an absolute gem of a destination, and my recent visit left me in awe of its beauty and charm. The natural beauty of Paleokastritsa is truly breathtaking. The clear, turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea meet the lush, green landscape, creating a postcard-perfect scene. The jagged cliffs and numerous small coves and beaches make it a haven for nature enthusiasts, photographers, and sunseekers alike. One of the standout experiences in Paleokastritsa is visiting the Monastery of the Virgin Mary. Perched on a hill overlooking the village, the monastery offers panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. It's a peaceful and spiritual place that provides a glimpse into the region's history and culture.

We visited in October, and unfortunately a lot of the restaurants nearby were closing or closed for the season, so we had to make alternative plans/eat on a limited menu.
We still had a great time, but just worth considering if travelling around October!
We loved everything, it was just the holiday we were looking for. Beautiful location, great host, clean and lovely apartment. Eleni is just such a lovely lady who couldn't do more for you. There are very nice restaurants nearby and a pool bar just over the road you can use for free... The strawberry daquri there is yummy too! We would recommend hiring a quad or scooter to get around the island and explore as it's very fun but also the best way to see the beautiful beaches of Corfu.
The apartment is perfectly located, as it is a quiet and calm area to sleep and only 5 minutes walk to the main beach and touristic attractions of Paleokastritsa. Further, the apartment itself is amazing as it is fully equipped, spacious, has a nice terrace, garden, and incredible views to the sea. Moreover, Tasos, the owner, was very welcoming and gave us very useful recommendations. We couldn't have made a wiser choice when booking our stay at Ipsia Apartments :)
The hotel is 2 minutes from the bus station that goes to Kerkyra, 2 minutes from a small market, 5 minutes from a bakery and a good restaurant; 20 minutes walk from the beaches. It's also close to the Corfu trail that brings you to Angelokastro or Rovinia beach by walk through the olive forests. The room was cleaned every day. We arrived earlier than the check-in so we could leave our luggage inside the room.
Amazing quiet place, ideal location for other activities. The hotel is run by a friendly, hospitable family who go out of their way to meet your wishes and requirements. We appreciated the nice pool area (for our taste we might have preferred less loud music and more relaxing music, or silence and sound from the sea). A great choice, Corfu is beautiful and this place is worth returning to.
Stunning nature views from Afrodite's Pool and Studios!
Great location, near to the most popular beaches of Paleokastritsa, 30 min by car to Corfu Town, and a lot of restaurants nearby! The host was very kind and helpful because explained what to do in Corfu, and where to go, it is important when you come for the first time to Corfu.
Recommend this stay!
These were the most perfect accomodations! So homey and beautiful! And the host family was so sweet and accomodating and we felt spoiled with their kindness! The apartment is gorgeous and modern and the view is so beautiful it looks fake! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return some day! This is the most beautiful area of Corfu to stay!
- The location and the view - Paleokastritsa is probably the best place on Corfu to stay if you plan to travel around. It's close to the most beautiful beaches, many boat rentals and restaurants.
- The host, Mrs Vasileia, was very nice to us and the apartment was cleaned every other day.
- There is a parking for 3-4 cars (although it's rather small).
The staff are really attentive here, everything was really great. We went 2nd week of september so the hotel wasn't too busy, I'm not sure how the pool would cope at peak times/school hols. But for us it was perfect, really easy beach access, lots of great Taverna's for dinner and a beautiful part of Corfu!
Great appartment, all needed facilities and even more, decorate with a lot of taste.
The place is peacefull and with a stunning view, Paleokastritsa is a perfect location to discover Corfu with a car.
Last but not least, a very nice, dedicated and helpful host !
Highly recommended!
You have beach, sea view, excellent clean sea and also it is 3m away from where you can start immediately swimming. The owners are very friendly and nice people. You can also swim to other beach from your hotel, which is very cool. I will try to stay there when I am back in Corfu!
Cozy, comfortable and homey apartment stay in an extremely well-located area in Paleokastritsa. It is a quick drive or a 10-minute walk to the most beautiful beaches.
The owner is friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations on local things to do.
.
We loved the quiet location but within a few minutes you could walk to the restaurants and beaches. The view from the terrace was amazing and we loved sitting there relaxing or chatting with the hosts who were very helpful.
Location halfway between sea and mountains, pool was a great place to relax, Fotini was a wonderful and helpful Host.. The boat trip that Fotini organised was a highlight ! As were the cats of Corfu.!
Beautiful view, modern room with great kitchen. So close to the beach, only 5 min walk to one of the most popular beaches in the area!
Hosts were very helpful and attentive!
Best breakfast in Corfu, the works!!! Dining area had a panoramic sea view. Staff were great. Room and outdoor area with Seaview and sunloungers was the best.
The hotel is perfect located in front on the beach. It has a restaurant which serves food all day. Staff are nice and there is a big balcony to chill and relax
