It was very clean, well maintained. For the most part very quiet. Its not a brand new building but a lot of it has been updated and refreshed, i liked their paint colors and schema,.quality thick paint. The place inspired germ free confidence, no humidity. Was not by many restaurants but is by a major supermarket. My internet never failed. Breakfast was good and delicious! Fruits and yogurt are offered! There were no ridiculous upcharges and they did not nickel and dime me. The vending machine was one dollar. Please dont change that. Ty.

Hotel was great. My complaint is that the hotel phone # is not available on line. I end up booking With a 2nd party and It doesn't go well. I booked this room on the IHG app using accumulated points. At check in, I discover that the booking was thru booking com, and the points can not be used. Tell me how I can find your local # on line. I had no problems with these accommodations.
I had no problems with these accommodations. They served my needs. I just wish the bed was adjustable. I have acid reflux. Just mentioning as a after thought. I know some people need to have a inverted bed ever so slightly for proper circulation and comfort.

The room was more expensive than I usually pay when I stay in Onalaska . Other hotels were full so I did not have a choice. Will not be the first place I stay in the future. Breakfast was disappointing in choices and the lady serving food was coughing pretty severely, so in this day of covid did not feel comfortable eating any of the food. Was disappointed in the fact that pancakes were served instead of the waffles usually served in hotels.

It was a neat town that we would have liked to have had more time to explore. The worst part of our trip was our stay at the Baymont hotel. When we walked in the room, the smell hit me in the face and I never could go nose blind to get over the smell. We should have walked out and stayed in our van that night. The decor of the hotel is fabulous and unique. We've stayed here before and love it. Very nice hot tub in our room.
