I liked the Walmart and food places were all walking distance from the Super 8. The town is quiet and very clean. We ate at Perkins cause we don't have one by us in Colorado anymore. We also had Sonic & Taco Bell. My daughter just moved here so we came to visit and everything was very easy to find.Joanne - 8.0Scored 8.0

Right in the middle of historic Kansas. Santa Fe trail runs right through town. There is little to do in Great Bend but we always try to...
There is little to do in Great Bend but we always try to stay there when traveling in KS. The Page Bistro has wonderful food and the staff is super friendly like you are family or go there often. They also have a Mr Burger! The one in our home town closed and we have missed it ever since. Their onion rings are the best, fresh cut fries are also great and burgers are fresh and good. Great experience.
