the fact that I had to pay for WIFI was a great negative. High speed WIFI should be free. Businesspeople need high quality WIFI.

This hotel was located in a great spot that put me at a close distance to family and friends.
The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room/villa was amazing! I must've not seen all the pics online - this was equipped with a kitchen and utensils, etc. I enjoyed the pool - huge pool! Ample parking.
The accommodations were just super! I have raved about this hotel to others!

Everything you need is just right outside the gates of the resort. The pool area was great. The manager was fast responding. I felt safe. It took about 25 minutes to get to the parks but an easy drive.

Very good location.
Very good location. We thought we booked a 4 bdrm home w/ pool, but it was a 5 bdrmn home that was wonderful. Very comfy beds and furniture. Centrally located in Florida so we could easily drive to the gulf or coast. Much shopping in this area and plenty of restaurants too. We really enjoyed our stay.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center...
We first stayed in Davenport and on Reserve at Town Center in 2005 and the area has certainly boomed since then, a very busy area now around Champions Gate but what I like is that there are many new roads and access to and from other areas is greatly improved, you can get around now without using the I4 motorway

Lots of restaurants and shopping options. Easy drive to all of Disney, and central to many other attractions. Quick interstate access to get to Tampa, Orlando, Plant City, etc Danny BBQ, and Manny’s are just eat locationsz Giovanni’s pizza is excellent

Close to everything and quiet too. Davenport has many restaurants, shopping choices, grocery stores and antiquing. It's also 15-20 minutes to Disney World and Universal, Sea World and Legoland are not much farther.

We all needed our space and this place had plenty of that! It was the best part of our vacation!! We left the parks early Bc we just wanted to get back to enjoy the beautiful property and the incredible pool!!SSarahFamily with young children

I LOVE how the house is organized, lovely playroom for kids with pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table, and even board games! The pool was the cherry on top! My kids were sleeping perfectly by the end of the day. So, the house is spotless! Super clean. Better than a hotel on all honesty. I will be back!!!
