The apartment was very modern & clean, we loved it. There was a lot of room & we enjoyed the balcony. The location was great, a short hike down the steps to the waterfront. The kitchen was great for preparing a few meals.

Sumartin is a charming town with beautiful small beaches that are not overcrowded creating a serene atmosphere. However, it's essential to note that there is a lack of public restrooms and trash bins, which can be inconvenient for visitors.

The view from the large terrasse over Sumartin bay and Hvar island is breathtaking. The equipment is complete and top end. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook properly (blender, De Longhi Nespresso machine, etc.). The location is also special just next to the sea. Sumartin is a beautiful and quiet village, with bakery and small supermarket. The host was also super nice... Thank you again for all these moments...

The property has a very nice swimming pool and sun loungers, beautiful garden with patio furniture. Vedrana - the lovely warmhearted lady at the reception, was extremely hospitable, amiable, friendly, and helpful. There were so many thoughtful touches in the house that made our stay so comfortable. The pool and outside area is a dream. I couldn't have enjoyed my stay more. We had excellent communication with our host. The house is up on a hill above the little town of Sumartin. Just be prepared that the roads are narrow with stone walls on either side.DevineGermany

The pool is amazing and with the 2 balconies, there is ample outside space. Our kids loved being in the pool, being able to walk into the village in a minute and also the luxury of a TV with Netflix in their bedroom for downtime. You can spend evenings drinking wine and watching nightlife in Harbor. The Beach was small and quiet and very close to the Apartment. It took Us only 5min to get there.
