Great location, cozy room, super welcoming staff, best breakfast I’ve had in a long time.
Enjoying a privileged seafront location in central Šibenik, Bellevue Superior City Hotel offers modernly furnished rooms, each with splendid views of the sea or the city.

The staff is extra welcoming. The spa is absolutely wonderful, we reserved and hour for ourselves and came out pure zen (the finnish and steam saunas were dreamy).
Breakfast very delicious, more than enough. Spotlessly clean all around. Looking forward to visiting again. Especially during the advent in Sibenik!

The staff at the desk have been nothing short of exceptional. I have travelled across Europe on business stays similar to this one many times and even though my visit has been during quite a busy period, this visit sits at the very top of my list.
Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, Hotel Amadria Park Ivan is 3.7 mi from the center of Šibenik.

Thanks to the great staff, the high quality of service and the excellent condition of the hotel in general, my family and I had a great vacation and had an exceptionally pleasant experience every day at this beautiful hotel.
The staff at the hotel is very good: all very nice and positive people.
Special thanks to the excellent manager Josipa. Excellent restaurant with great staff and chef: cuisine, food and service at the highest level.
The property has everything you need and more for a good vacation.

Šibenik old town is very nice to walk through and explore.
Šibenik old town is very nice to walk through and explore. There are little islands around Šibenik so we could go to a one day trip with the ship.
Bad thing is that we came out of the touristic season so there was no much restaurants open.

We stayed in early April and did not try any of the beaches.
We stayed in early April and did not try any of the beaches. Walking in the old town is like turning back the clock 500 years - it is a wonderful place with lots of narrow streets, stairs and beautiful old buildings. There were plenty of restaurants and bars along the promenade by the seafront. The three restaurants we tried all served excellent food at reasonable prices. The three castles are worth visiting and there are lots of smaller older towns in the area we would have visited had we stayed for longer. Sibenik is much less touristy than Zadar - we really enjoyed our stay and plan to return to revisit the old town and explore the area more widely.

Izgleda kao svaki dalmatinski grad no nekako toplije.
Izgleda kao svaki dalmatinski grad no nekako toplije. Ljudi su ljubazniji, osjecas se dobrodoslo. Sve je blizu i ima lijepi sarm. Mozete preskociti sve druge gradove na moru jer je Šibenik uistinu najlijepsi i topliji.

Sibenik is a great little town.
Sibenik is a great little town. We were there for only one night and half of the next day but could have spent more time exploring the town and surrounding areas such as Banj Beach and the Aquarium and the Fortresses. There were a lot of restaurants and things to do in the surrounding areas that we would have loved to try.

Sibenik is easy to walk around - very small and compact.
Sibenik is easy to walk around - very small and compact. There is a UNESCO cathedral, 3 castles with excellent views as well as a wonderful town beach. All these can be accessed on foot. There are also plenty of interesting day trips available either by car or boat.
The host was waiting for me to help me with my luggage upon my arrival in Sibenik. There are a few steps to reach the apartment.
The best location in Sibenik, just outside the Old Town but at walking distance to everything.
The apartment was extremely clean and quiet, with all the appliances but for a coffee maker, which I suggested the host to add.
Sibenik was a nice surprise as a town. It has great history, lots to explore and the people are very friendly. I would go back to it and to Aurora apartments.
City rooms is such a nice place to stay. Me and my girlfriend wanted to stay somewhere between Zadar and Split to break up driving the coast and it was probably one of the best places we have been in Croatia. Kristijan and Marina are great hosts, they provide all the information you could need during your stay and keep in contact with you in case of anything you need. I highly recommend eating at Bounty next door to the property, food is incredible and the owners are very welcoming.
Great and quiet location very close to the old city and the beach (less than 10 mins leisurely walk that can take you through a great neighbourhood, old city fort, seaside port, etc.). Apartment is immaculately clean and loaded with all that's required for a relaxed stay. Great hosts were responsive, generous, friendly, approachable, and assisted us with many questions (thank you for the grapes and the figs!). When we return to Sibenik, this will be the place to stay at again.
The most beautiful room of my whole stay in Croatia (4 weeks). Nice decoration, a stone wall in the room and also in the bathroom. Great comfort, cleanliness, soundproofing, quietness. A very friendly and caring owner, Lana, a painter, who has a gallery not far from there. An excellent address in the historic center of Sibenik. I should have stayed longer in the beautiful city of Sibenik and in such a lovely room. Thanks a lot, Lana, for everything and your kindness.
We would recommend this property 100% and will definitely go back the next time we travel to Croatia. The private spa is simply amazing and the appartment is very stylish and modern. The bed was super cosy as well and the property is located in the center of the city. Unfortunately we did not meet the hosts personally but they were very kind and helpful over text message - also for restaurant and activity recommendations 😊
I have stayed one night on my road trip along the Croatian costline. It was a great apartment and a very friendly host that made it easy to check in and arrange parking in the garage near by. Apartment was very clean, well and newly furbished, quiet and perfectly located (a walk distance to city centra and the major sights). Warmly recommend for anyone who is planning the visit to Sibenik!
The owner and her husband are very nice and helpful. The whole atmosphere is very friendly and family-like.
The house is very nice, clean and very nicely furnished.
The big clean pool is perfect.
The beach is relatively close and not too crowded.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back again next year. If we go to Croatia, we will definitely come here.
Location is perfect. Basic and quite dated hotel but everything in the rooms and in the hotel overall seems to be functioning and is kept in a reasonable state of repair, except the lift which was broken at the time. It was clean and fairly comfortable, rooms are reasonable size and have fridges. Breakfast was pretty decent, better than expected for the hotel rating.
Lovely hotel and rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff was accommodating and held our luggage until room was ready. We also received a welcome drink which was a nice bonus. We would definitely recommend this location as easy to access all the touristy spots, great breakfast options and easy walk to beach.
Sibenik is a lovely place and this is a lovely hotel to match. The staff are quite simply the best and the service was the best we received throughout our Croatian travels. The Spa and bar/restaurant area is perfect for relaxing and having a lovely meal & cocktail.
The parking was close to the property and easy to use. The property is very close to the old town, it had all we needed and it was easy to drive out when we wanted to go outside of Šibenik. Although the windows face a busy (sometimes) road, the noise was not bad.
We did a roadtrip through croatia and this was our favorite stay! The room is gorgeous. It is in the middle of the old town so you really feel like you are in a different time. The host were absolutely lovely. They really care about their guests and experiences.
It's close to the bus station, is in the old city central area.
We really liked the design of the house and the room. Although the room was small, it was by far the prettiest of all we had in Croatia.
It was verry clean with a helpful host.
One of the most beautiful accommodations I've stayed in Croatia. New hotel, newly renovated, with a staff that does everything possible to make you feel as good as possible.
Breakfast of note 10 (personalized).
This is better than staying in a hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the hostess and her husband are very friendly and helpful. If you want to experience the best of Sibenik, stay at Medulic Palace!
Exeptional experience and unique space in the center of Old City of Sibenik. Amazing sea view and comfortable and clean apartment. Very kind host and good organization. Public parking very close.
An excellent location just minutes walk to everything you want to see in Sibenik. With windows on two sides the apartment is well lit and feels cozy and happy.
