Very unique and special house-hotel in a special and beautiful village. The house has many traditional and also very artistic touches. We were using one of two guest rooms during mid-March and the hostess was very gracious and attentive. Breakfast had many dishes and options for everyone’s taste.

Zagora is a lovely village, however, due to its location far away from Volos, as well as its harsh history during the years of the Turkish occupation, it is less 'touristy' and certainly not as picturesque as some of the other villages of the Pelion. There is definitely a 'ruggedness' to the village. I would recommend visiting Zagora for a day or two, and certainly seeing the library, the Ellinomuseio, and the four churches (Agia Paraskevi, Agua Kiriaki, Agios Georgios, Sotira). In the summer, it is also worth visiting Chorefto beach. The best months to visit Zagora weather-wise are from May to September. I visited for two weeks in late October - the average high was about 12°C and while it didn't rain it was cloudy 95% of the time.ChristinaCanada - 10Scored 10

Zagora is a big village which, unlike a lot of Pelion villages, is not over-run with tourists. You can get the bus or drive to Chorefto Beach which is pretty stunning. We enjoyed exploring the village.maryUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Our host, Anna, was the best, so kind and flexible, going out of her way to help us sort out bus tickets and taxis and taking care to meet us with the key, even though we were unexpectedly late. Our room was absolutely clean, equipped with a kitchenette to cook small dishes. The apartments are close to the center of Zagorá which is a bit spread in the hillside. Summarized the place is a pretty good choice, with an amazing sea view, nice service and furniture. And the best Pelion sunrise!

The owner is very kind and is doing everything to make your stay unforgettable, it is to be mentioned also the garden which is a "muses corner". What is amazing is that in August we do not need to use the air condition, the temperature and the air quality in Zagora is perfect.
