Amazing Greece island with many beautiful beaches. Local food was also amazing and people were very nice wherever we went. If you are visiting this island, you must see Olympus village. It does take around 1 hour of driving with car from Pigadia, but it's well worth the view. Talking with locals there we learned a lot of history about this island.SSimonSLOSlovenia - 10Scored 10

It is so safe!
It is so safe! The walking is wonderful - many views of the sea. The boat tours were wonderful. So many choices of how to see the island villages. We had a lovely seven village private tour with Apollon Private Tours.

The town folk were friendly and helpful. I came a little out of season so quite a few stores and restaurants had shut down. As a result I couldn't get the full compliment of seafood(lobsters) that they usually serve in season, but I also got cheaper deals on other things, such as rental vehicles and hotel accommodationO - 10Scored 10

Karpathos is a wonderful place to visit. There are lots of boat tours that take you to different beaches and the oldest village on the island. The food is amazing and the shops have lots to offer. It is one of the most beautiful places I have been and I have traveled the world.Case

Mr Mihalis in particular went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. I had no car and many times if he was nearby he would give me a lift. The whole time I was there I felt more like visiting family or family friends than being a customer. It was because of the friendliness of Mr Mihalis and Mrs Sofia and the rest of the Karpathos people and together of course with the beauty of the island itself that I had an amazing time in Karpathos.

Mrs. Helen is the aunt we all need – caring, attentive, helpful. You can tell she runs the property with love. Rooms vary in size and are well-appointed for what you need. The hotel was easy to find, and parking was close by. The rooftop views are not to be missed! The location of the property is so close to the main shopping and eating area of the port. We loved the easy walk for dinner each night!

Great bed, air condition working perfectly, sound proof, kitchenette equiped to make breakfast or something else to eat. The apartment was cleaned every day with fresh towels and some fruit or something sweet, small affection, waiting for us in the apartment. The owners Maria and Kostas are realy nice and gave us information if we needed it. If you are staying in Pigadia, I would recommend it anytime.

It is not so hot during the summer (especially compared to the harbor). The room we were given was spacious in a recently renovated village house. A nespresso coffee machine was a nice surprise, especially since there is no place for having breakfast in Aperi.

There is also a big market conveniently located next to the hotel. The facilities were always spotless, and the room was huge and even had a small kitchen. But the star of the hotel is the couple that runs it - they are so lovely and helpful! Will definitely stay there again when going back to Karpathos

Pigadia is very close, just few minutes by car or a 20 min walking. The balcony and the sea view are amazing. Friendly owners. The room is pretty big and clean.
