The male staff were very friendly and accommodating of several requests I made. The pod style beds were the main reason why I chose this hostel for my stay in Tetouan. The shower was great and it was (surprisingly) the first hostel I stayed at in Morocco that had a bum gun in at least one of the toilet stalls. The rooftop is quite nice. The hostel is easy to get to from the nearest medina gate.

I visited Tetouan at the time of Ramadan, which added a new dimension to the whole experience. The medina is of a fair size, possible to walk through it using the markings. The people were also friendly and willing to help if asked for directions.
The Archeological Museum has a nice collection of mosaics from the Roman time.
The bus terminal is a short walk from the medina, but I found that not all the buses listed were actually running. Out of 3 buses in direction Tangier (8:00, 8:15 and 8:30) there was only one bus on the morning of my departure (at 8:45 🙂 ! )

A prosperous town with lots of people living their lives out on the streets. The Medina is not as pretty as the Fes Medina but felt more relevant to the daily needs of Moroccans and much less crowded. Delicious and inexpensive pastries available everywhere!

Tetouan is one of (if not the most) beautiful city in Morocco. The people there were amongst the friendliest I have encountered in Morocco in the two trips that I have been there. Many foreigners go to stay at the nearby beach properties, and miss out on the jewel that is Tetouan.

It's a strange city.
It's a strange city. We stayed in it for four days and it seemed very long to me.
Very interesting old medina, but 2 days to see the city is enough.
I found there was almost no place to eat in the city - we had to go to Martil for a fish restaurant.

The place is very amazing and i wish i had more days to stay here. I got a chance to visit another city an hour away called Chefchouane (The Blue City) its another small city not far from Tetouan and i will definately recommend a visit there, its has amazing falls and friendly markets and. All in all Tetouan has alot to offer and if you ever get a chance to spend time in the city centre of Tetouan please i will advice to go to a small coffe shop called AMAZING COFFEE, they make coffee to die for and the staff and owner are just very friendly and great people. Generally i will sum up by saying i will be back here cos its a really good place.

Excellent value for money for food. people very friendly but be prepared to contend with a lot of people insisting on offering to bring you on tours of Medina etc, this was the only annoying thing I found on the trip but very hard to avoid. Very cheap restaurant called "La Union" in Teteoun, taxi service is excellent and cheap.
Tetouan House is the BEST choice for anyone visiting Tetouan, Morocco! Location is central, there’s quite frankly no way you wouldn’t enjoy staying over here. This was definitely my best booking.com experience, very cultural, friendly, and unique. Tetouan House is nothing but welcoming, generous, and warm. I wish everyone would have the chance to experience their hospitality! After my visit, I decided I would return for sure, and Tetouan House is one of the main reasons! Lots of things to do around the area for any type of tourist.
We used Tétouan merely as an entry/exit to Morocco. That was a mistake! I suggest you spend some time getting to know the city and locals. And I can highly recommend this place as your home base. The place is a relatively newly opened hostel and youth-oriented cultural center. Beautiful building and highly motivated staff. They were an inspiration and it may likely have been the “coolest” place we stayed while in Morocco. Wish we’d stayed longer! Bed mattress was firm, by the way. For me, personally, that’s a positive.
The hosts were super accomodating and helpful, and we had a lovely time. The riad is simple and historic, but comfortable and well-equipped. Parking was not on site, but the riad staff sent a guide who joined us and led us to safe parking at the entrance of the medina. Will be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Tetouan. The mint tea was amazing (with orange blossom flowers!). We got to meet the owner's two children and felt like we were being welcomed into the home of friends.
This is the best place to stay in Tetouan! What a work of art the interior design is. The staff were absolutely gorgeous and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. Bed super comfortable, breakfast-local and delicious. The room spacious and clean. The location of this riad too is perfect. Right in the medina where you want to be. The experience we had in Tetouan overall was a dream. A little secret of Morocco I think.
The place was amazing, a real Riad, well maintained, clean, at the center of the medina but still very quiet, BUT ABOVE ALL it was Loutfy, the hotel manager, which made my staying in Tetouan completely different!
He is very kind, helpful, knows everything about the city and really wants you to feel good at home and in the city.
He makes you feel that you are a part of the city and not just a tourist.
So, go there!
I had a really amazing time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and made me feel really welcome as soon as I got there. The view of the Tetouan mountains from the rooftop was stunning and made my stay even better. The owner (Marouane) was really kind and made me feel like I was at home, which made my stay really special. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommended 👌
amazing people working here! Zakaria, Anas, and Aisha are truly kind and make this hostel the special place that it is.
Soo clean as well, Naima keeps the rooms & common area spotless ✨
Perfect location for visiting local parks, restaurants, stores in the heart of Tetouan, and walking distance from the medina + the CTM bus station / taxis to get to the beach. Come enjoy 💚
This riad is really beautiful and a special place for local young people to gather and play music in the evening. Tetouan was the least touristy place I visited in Morocco, and I’m so glad I went. Alae who takes care of everything was the perfect host- friendly, funny, passionate about creating a place for music and culture in Tetouan. We were sad to leave!
Our stay at this hotel can be summed up as being perfect. The receptionists were very very nice, kind and hard-working, especially Anass. Everything was clean, both the room and the bathroom. They care a lot that everything is fine and you are comfortable. My friends and I really recommend it.
Located right in the Medina of Tetouan this little gem was a delight to stay. The interior is a nice mix of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern design.
The rooftop is relaxing, and the staff goes above and beyond to help you with everything you need. Highly recommended.
The staff was very friendly and helpful The hotel is conveniently located at the edge of the medina and easy to find. It has a roof terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy great views over the city. Food was excellent. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner there.
This location is ideal for those traveling light with backpacks and seeking a traditional riad experience rather than a typical Western-style hotel. The riad is in situated in the old Medina, the staff was exceptionally helpful during the check-in process.
Beautiful house in a great location. The staff are all extremely friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. We felt very warmly welcomed! I will definitely stay there again when I return to Tetouan.
It was a good price and the bed was good. The hotel looked a bit old and a little dark but it was clean. The room has a nice balcony. Staff was friendly
