It was disappointing clean we were not able to sleep at all. The floor was disgusting dirty not worth what I pay. I stayed all over Morocco but this was the only hotel I was disappointed. It was hot tried to turn on the AC but no. I think they control it from there office.then I open my window to have fresh air but it noisy then close it. Become hot in room so was awake whole night . go back to the room no toilet paper, no towel, no glass, no water. OMG never had that experience. So from me - 0 never go back to this place but staff was all smiley they were trying their best to hide So all over good staff but disappointing property

This is one of the most charming places I have ever stayed in. The rooms are large, each one decorated differently and super comfy beds. Complimentary water, juice, and snacks plus a hot water kettle. And you can't beat the location! Across the street from the Kasbah, minutes away from the medina by foot and a rooftop for lovely views.

Rabat is the capital of Morocco. The streets and Medina of Rabat are much wider and cleaner. The Kasbah is not so clean but still a good place to visit. One night / 2 days in Rabat is good enough time to see everything around.

Rabat is interesting for a day.
Rabat is interesting for a day. The main sight is the Kasbah which is free to enter. You DO NOT need a guide and it IS NOT about to close, despite what all the touts try to tell you. Walking around the medina is interesting and safe.

Not a fan of Rabat, it was cleaner than the other cities we visited but there was not much to do other than the Medina and the tourist places to visit. I enjoyed Marrakech and Fez. If I go back to Morocco I would skip Rabat.

Is small city , specifically the medina is the best part, just like you are back in old time, the narrow street and people live their is the same as in Pakistan culture old city Lahore they have the same style of old houses, but Rabat is quite and small ,Lahore is 2 nhs largest city of Pakistan , population of nearly 170 million , they also preserved the old city just like medina in rabat

I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
I would recommend Rabat. It is a very modern city.
The city is extraordinarily clean and very safe.
Every person we met was kind, funny and charismatic.
The medina is the highlight and absolutely incredible.
Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum are great as well.
Walking along the "river" is recommended as well, as there are some restaurants to eat something sweet and enjoying the view.
Rabat isn't a typical capital. Rabat only has 500'000 inhabitants and it shows. Therefore, it's a rather quiet town, restaurants close early and there aren't too many.
I would recommend maximum a week, maybe less.
Taxis are very professional and can be used for transport. Cheap and without scammers.
If you are in Rabat, you have to visit Dar Naji. If you didn't eat there during your stay, you weren't in Rabat.

Beautiful city with a lot to see.
Beautiful city with a lot to see. I recommend taking a short walking tour- I booked a wonderful woman, Asmaa, through guru walks. She is a licensed guide and although I am not usually a fan of tours this was a few hours well spent- and no one else showed up so it was just me! Learned a lot and made a friend….
The place is right in medina so a great location. The beds are comfy and and the sheets are clean.
I see the shared facility's getting cleaned regurly which is allways a great sign! The Wi-Fi works all though the hotel. I have not stayed in a place in this price range in Morocco and had such a good experience!
And last but not least the hosts are VERY kind! Even tho there is a little language barrier they have made me feel so welcome. I will be staying here again when I come back to Rabat!
This is my favorite hotel in Rabat. It's centrally located, next to the train station, the tram, a short walk to the medina, and very close to great restaurants. And if you have a car, there's on site parking, which is an added bonus. All the staff are lovely and incredibly helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern. I've stayed in more traditional riads in Rabat in the past, but at this point I keep coming back to Onomo for its comfort, modern feel, central location, and wonderful staff.
from the moment you step in to the hotel, you're greeted with fabulous staff; Hamza, and Badr are always attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to make my stay fantastic. Whether it's food accommodation, needed item or even information about the city they're always top notch.
The housekeeping staff is also fantastic. The rooms always feel fresh and look brand new.
Food from the restaurant is superb the best hotel food I've encountered throughout all my travels in MAROC
Great place to stay when in Rabat. It's location is a major plus, with "modern" Rabat in the area behind the hotel and Medina only 5 minutes walk from it. I liked the staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. Room was quite spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. If you want to explore Rabat in the morning, take a short pause in the hotel in the afternoon heat and go back in Medina at evening - this is the place for you. If we come to Rabat again this will be the place to stay.
This is a very good value for money place. All standards are held, it's clean, it's at a good location if you don't mind walking a bit, the breakfast is nice and clean. The personnel is very very helpful and professional, they really do their best, they are polite, eager to help, respond to every request right away, always with a smile and good disposition. You will get more than you expect in a 3* hotel. Would stay again when in Rabat.
Beautiful Riad. Wonderful staff. Great food. We had breakfast (included) and dinner (extra). It was all very good. I want the cookie recipe. If I had more time I would want to work with the Chef to learn. Comfortable beds (firm, not hard) and good linens and pillows. Great location. Easy walk to Casbah, beach, Medina, Gardens and Hassan Tower. We really like Rabat. Sadiq at the front desk was very helpful, cheerful and kind. A gem.
Rabat was the first city in our trip to Morocco. Thanks to Dar Aida and personally Majid and Sophie our stay in Rabat was perfect. The hotel is wonderful, located near the entrance to medina, so that it didn’t take much to find it, with a nice inner hall, like in a traditional riad. The room was big, with everything necessary, shower and a toilet. The breakfast was great, a traditional Morrocan one. Totally recommend this hotel!
OnThe owners and staff were very gracious and extremely hospitable. Mr & Mrs. A made my trip a memorable experience. Al Mazhar is a beautiful, clean, tranquil location in an ideal part of Rabat and is easily accessible and felt very safe. It is a place I would highly recommend if you are interested in experiencing the warmth and hospitality of life in Morocco. I want to thank the Al Mazhar team for the lasting experience.
Possibly one of the top views in all of Rabat - from the rooftop my surfer husband could check the waves without leaving the property. (And then run down to the beach if the swell was pumping.) Classic, historic hotel with plenty of in-room amenities (AC, TV, refrigerator, kettle) and wonderful staff. The breakfast is also insane - insanely good with a mix of Moroccan and European favorites.
The Staff are kind and helpful, especially Aldi ( manger) and Naima. Aldi gave me nuts and dried fruits while resting at the lobby after a very long walk. He even turned on the TV with English show for my entertainment.
Location: Inside the medina, but not at its main street, so it is quiet. Near major attractions and Rabat Ville Train Station.
The room was very quiet despite being located in Rabat city centre next to the Gare de Ville. The hotel was ideal for exploring city sights and museums on foot. The breakfast choice was limited but tasty and all staff were most helpful. Room was bright and spotlessly clean. There was a security man watching the entrance.
Exquisitely, thoughtfully restored and designed Riad with very warm staff and exceptionally good breakfast (among our favorites in Morocco). Excellent value and nice location on a quieter dead end in the central medina. Would be thrilled to return to Riad Amina on our return to Rabat, and heartily recommend it to all.
Siham and Hanna, are beautiful hosts full of knowledge about Rabat and Morocco in general. property sits in Medina and is easy stroll to all interesting parts of Rabat and cafes and restaurants. Would come back to this lovely hospitality. Felt like home away from home. Konstancie and Eva
We had an amazing time in Dar Shâan, a very beautiful and tastefully decorated hotel. The views from the rooftop are fantastic. Pity we only stayed one night. Staff is very welcoming and the location is excellent to see what Rabat has to offer.
Always a pleasure to be in le M hôtel, they made our stay so comfortable and serene that it's hard to be in another hotel than it in rabat.
To all the staff you're doing great keep going 💯💯💯
Location was perfect, right on a lovely street in a mellow medina, just up from the river and the sea and a lively boardwalk. Rabat is mellow and chill, and this location was PERFECT.
Cozy hotel very close to the medina of Rabat. The roms are big with comfortable beds. There are some good local food places down the road. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Hotel personal was extremely kind and helpful. I like the old historical hotel building with Moroccon style mosaics.
Terrace has a nice view over the city.
