We enjoyed our stay in general. Steam room, sauna, swimming pool - just great! Lobby is cozy and stylish. The hotel has got parking, which is really convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, we had a nice view over the river. The bed wasn't very comfy, the mattress was too soft to me. And only one blanket for two adults is obviously not enough.
Shower is good, the water is really hot and the hotel provides everything you may need, even toothpaste .
The wonderful lady from the reception ( I think her name is Lamara, but I am not sure) was so helpful and kind to us, that I suppose she deserves a special review. She is so lovely and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible 😊
Only 755 feet from Stalin Museum, Nitsa Guest House offers friendly and comfortable accommodations in Gori center.

Gori: A Day Trip from Tbilisi
Gori is a small and quiet town in central Georgia, with a population of around 50,000 people. It is best known as the birthplace of Joseph Stalin, and it is home to a number of Stalin-related museums and attractions.
Gori is a good enough place to visit for a day trip from Tbilisi, but there is not much to see or do otherwise. The main attractions in Gori are:
Stalin Museum: This museum is dedicated to the life and legacy of Joseph Stalin. It contains a large collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to him. The museum isn't well-organized and informative, and thus it is helpful to have a guide to explain the exhibits in more detail. There were photos of several men, but no real explanation as to who they were. We tried to find a guide who could explain things to us, but due to a language barrier, we failed at this. The ticket price is 15 GEL (6 USD) per person.
Gori Fortress: This medieval fortress is located on a hilltop overlooking the city. It offers underwhelming views of the surrounding countryside. The fortress is in ruins and didn't really feel like it was worth a climb.
Hero Memorial: It had cool giant sculptures but with no real explanation.
I also ate at Berkin Restaurant in Gori. The food was nice, but the prices were similar to Tbilisi, so it is not a budget-friendly option.
It's clear they are very new to tourists.
Overall, Gori is a worth a visit if you are interested in learning more about Joseph Stalin or Georgian history. However, there is not much else to see or do in the town, so it is best to visit as a day trip from Tbilisi.

I've been to Gori several times of the past years. The cutleti is awesome and the fortress is a fun place to explore. Aside from the infamous Stalin museum, there is a interesting ethnographic museum and the war museum.

One of the best restaurants in Georgia call Gori home, from the ruins, to the temple to the Castle, slowly walking through oldtown or visiting one of the most iconic museums in history you cant stop falling in love with Gori, the rich culture, history and friendly hosts this area has to offer is seldom found outside of major centres around the world, the city successfully hosts their offering to travelers and guests.

Lots to see but do not miss those slightly hiding circle of warriors - all cut up with missing limps and obviously representing soldiers that have been slain in battle. At the base of the castle and behind a church.

A small town with a big heart. Easy to get around..... full of locals who willingly help the lost tourist. Easy to get to Uplistsikhe via mashrutka. Just a lovely place, don't miss it. We stayed for three days but could have stayed for forever!

A very interested area to visit, old history - one need to read a bid more before visiting the city of Gori
Lots of places to visit

Local food is recommended
Pretty and spacious room, hotel quality for guesthouse price! Clean bathroom, really comfortable beds (though the double bed was 2 single beds with a little gap - we're already used to that in a lot of countries and fill it in with a towel), AC warms up the whole room quick. Shared kitchen right outside of our room was convenient. Warm welcome :) The garden must be really nice in the summer. Small corner shop right across the street. Overall, from what I've seen, this is the best place for this price in Gori.
We had a pleasant stay here. The apartment is almost brand new and well equipped and located at the centre of the city, It is only 5 minutes walk from the Stalin Museum. Bakery, coffeeshop and supermarket is just under the building. The owner is so kind to offer us a pickup from the E60 gas station (Our minivan driver heading to Tbilisi forgot to drop us in Gori and missed the exit on E60, instead, stopped at a service station along E60 near Gori).
Will come back if visiting Gori again.
Awesome brand new hotel in the center of the city. Great location - everything is within walking distance. Amazing staff that is willing to help with any request you might have. They brought a huge desk into our apt so that I could work conveniently. Everything was sparkingly clean and brand new. The design of the apt and the room deserves being mentioned. We had everything we needed for light cooking at home. The bed was comfy so we could get well rested despite the jetlag.
We had a “Vip” room downstairs, which is great cozy room with a nice architecture.
Only thing is missing ac and tv, but we stayed only one night in Gori so worked out for us.
Staff that was looking after us was great, always asked if we needed anything, was really nice and even gave us wine on arrival! Location is not great but gori has not much going on anyway! Very cute and cozy hotel I recommend if you stay at gori !
Everything is perfect! The food, the room, the bath, the location, and especially the host! The host welcomed me with utmost quality of service you could ever asked for. During my stay, I traveled alone to Uplistsikhe and couldn’t find a ride back to Gori. I texted the host, although he did not take care of the problem, he was very concerned and offered me dinner when I am backed at the place. Real nice experience!
One of our best stays in Georgia, lovely boutique Hotel with even more lovely hosts.... The whole place is so nicely and newly decorated and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean, there is common sitting area with massage chair and common kitchen with free coffee and tea. And the breakfast is just amazing, specially different kinds of khachapuri. They have safe parking for motorbikes in the garage.
The stay was perfect. The rooms are clean in the kitchen you find everything you need. There is a big dinning hall wich we didn't use because there is a table in the kitchen as well. The host is super friendly. She was giving us cake in the morning and whenever we saw she asked if we need something. Other than that the place is in a very quiet neighborhood. If I go to Gori again I will go there.
Anna was a gracious and very hospitable host for our brief stay in Gori. She settled us in to the lovely accommodation close to the centre of the town (right near the Stalin Museum) and provided a lovely breakfast and recommendations of what to do in town. She even helped as much as she could in returning a left behind passport to Tbilisi! 100% recommend for any visit to Gori.
Emma and family are wonderful hosts, we enjoyed a homely stay with most modern amenities as found in a hotel at ‘Hestia’. They filled us with complimentary homemade wine and breakfast spread, in fact it was the best breakfast in our entire trip in Georgia than all other paid breakfast bookings. Thank you Emma, Stay blessed always!!
We loved the fact that our cottage was in a winery. It gave us the possibility to experience the best wine tasting we had in Georgia. The combination of comfortable cottage + great wine tasting was just perfect. The cottage is in the city of Ateni city, a 10-min drive to Gori.
It's a great little hotel in the city center near the Gori fortress. The hotel has its own parking. Everything looks new and exceptionally clean and tidy. The owners were extremely welcoming. If we ever return to Gori, this hotel will be our first choice without a doubt.
A simple, inexpensive place to spend the night in Gori. That's what we did. The renovation is basic, no frills, there is a refrigerator in the room. The heating was sufficient for March, the water in the shower was warm. The staff was friendly and spoke Russian.
A well equipped, comfortable hotel with great wellness and pool area. Both the dry and wet sauna is superb. As bonus we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which had an amazing view to the Gori castle. Special thanks for this upgrade.
Great guest house to experience the true Georgian hospitality. Tamar warmly welcomed us to her house and offered help and recommendations regarding our stay in Gori. Also, she makes the best Adjapsandali I have tasted in Georgia!
The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of the main points of interest in Gori. My room was big and clean, and I had a view to the main street. I enjoyed the breakfast, which I could choose from a menu.
Lia's beautiful home and generosity, her morning piano concerto, the magnificent paintings by Lia and her family, the homemade Georgian food, the informal / relaxed atmosphere, central location in quiet neighborhood
Beautifully restored old building. Comfortable room, very clean, helpful staff, fantastic food, cross the road from city train station. It’s a fab little hotel.
