I needed a place close to the airport for an early morning flight. This was just 15 minutes away. It was easy to book a driver with them. They picked me up at the train station to check in. And checked in via text later in the evening.
The bed was comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. Walking to restaurants was not too far. Very safe area for a solo traveler.

The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The lovely house came equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. All sorts of snacks and breakfast foods were readily available. The bed was one of the best we slept in. Our only regret is that our stay was so short

It is very close to the airport and close enough to Palermo that we could take a day to explore it. The hostess was very kind and accommodating. She had some snacks and drinks waiting for us which was super helpful since we needed something to hold the kids over until we went to the grocery store. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cinisi is a rather small village mostly with rural properties and a main street with gas stations, small stores, and a restaurant. It is convenient for one night travelers. I would recommend staying there only if you need to catch a flight and avoid possible traffic jams from Palermo.

Great property for airport transfers, well maintained, clean, staff is wonderful, they serve a limited dinner menu but was perfect for us. there are also a few restaurants near by [will need a car] and 1 that will deliver. This is our 2nd stay here and we will stay again.

Mid-September is clearly end of the summer season.
Mid-September is clearly end of the summer season. Many shops, bars and restaurants were closed.
Palermo city centre is 50 minutes by bus. Approx one bus per hour.
The town square is very pretty.
The bakery is amazing and definitely worth a visit.
The train station 25 minutes away (walking).
The neighbouring town of Terrasini is definitely worth a visit and is walkable.

While I was only there about 15 hours, including a one night stay at the very nice TAM B & B, I did explore for a couple of hours. I ate one of the best burgers that I have every had at the Imperial Burger, just 2 streets from my B & B. I particularly liked the genuine friendliness of the residents that I came in contact with. I loved the beautiful streets, especially the one that housed Imperial Burger, because that street was lined with live orange trees full of fruit! You don't see that everyday.
I closing, I want to return and spend at least a weekend in this beautiful town.
Respectfully,

Our host, Davide, was exceptional in many ways.
Our host, Davide, was exceptional in many ways. He met us as we arrived, brought our vehicle to his garage (even gave up his parking space!) He gave us detailed information on the area (Ragusa) which we loved! The house was exactly what we needed - there were 5 of us (single women) and we each had our own bathroom and full bath on 3 levels! He owns a lovely area (the pool opens in June) across the street from our place, and we enjoyed late afternoon cocktails there. The kitchen was well-stocked (great coffee!) and the beds were very comfortable - with flat screen televisions in each room. Highly recommend!!!

We are very happy with service provided by the staff.
We are very happy with service provided by the staff. They are kind and helpful. Hey picked us up from the airport on time and dropping us off at the airport at the early hour of 5am with noe problem. We have nothing but praises for them.
The property is clean and the room is comfortable.
We stayed there for two nights before moving on to Malta and Palermo.
very conveniently located, only a short drive to the airport (14 min) so I would really recommend this place for your first or last night in Sicily. we spent our last night here, unfortunately it was raining when we were there but the hotel actually has a sun terrace which I believe is lovely in good weather. our room was spacious and well equipped. the entire hotel is beautifully presented and decorated throughout. the interior was very pretty and well maintained. the hotel is in a small side street so it is very quiet and comfortable.
Great location close by the airport- safe and lots of parking areas next to the B&B
Nice neighborhood - very residential setting
Very nice room and facilities offered
Salvo, the host was super nice and very helpful.
Excellent Italian Breakfast with, juice, cereal, yogurt Italian pastries and Salvo made us an excellent coffee
Highly recommended to all flying in and out of Palermo airport
The best B&B we have found in Cinisi and after flying there twice a year for the past 7 years !!
Well located near PMO airport nice little gated setup ,big parking ,nice pool area ,i’d say this is the ideal location if you are about to or just dropped off your rental car &have to catch an early flight the next day …. For dinner there is a Nice pizzeria about 200m away. B&B Owner was really nice ! comunication was easy and clear he helpd us organize an early (good price$)tranportation for the airport for the next morning ! I have only good things to say about this B&B !
Excellent customer service from friendly helpful owner. Flight got cancelled and this place was a godsend to spend 2 nights at. Close to airport yet also close to a small town with decent amenities and character (Cinisi) 5 mins walk, and then a 20-25min walk to pleasant seaside town of Terrasini. Owner also offered to collect and return to airport for half of what local taxis would charge. Pleasant room with air conditioning and great shower.
This is a beautiful bed and breakfast. Our plane was delayed twice and they graciously adjusted our transfer time and helped our first little bit in Sicily be calm. The couple that runs the b&b could not be more kind and welcoming. The house itself was lovely with comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend this lovely place to stay.
Very smart and modern hotel. Good size room with lots of wardrobe and drawer space. Loved the location in Corso Umberto, the main street in Cinisi, especially at night with the orange trees and lights lining the road all the way up to the piazza, the usual selection of Italian bars and a safe, friendly ambience everywhere. The staff were super friendly.
I landed at 1 am, Fiorella & Gaspare came to pick me up from the airport. The room was simply furnished, but it was the cleanest house I have ever seen. In the morning I got coffee, friendly chat & a tour of their vegetable garden. Then Gaspare took me to the bus stop to continue my journey. Thank you for a great first night in Sicily.
We chose it because we needed to be at the airport early. I was surprised by how nice it was. The apartment was large and clean. There was even a pool. Much better than most airport hotels. It was a very short drive to the beach and town of Cinisi. I’d stay here again. The host was very helpful.
If you're looking for a place to stay close to the airport Residence Villa Rosa is a great choice. Free shuttle back and forth to the airport. Lovely small hotel, welcoming staff, good sized room and comfortable bed plus breakfast in the morning. Limited menu for dinner but sufficient.
The apartment was super stylish and clean. Fara is the best host, we've ever met. She advised restaurants and places to visit and treated each guest with kindness and generosity. The location is perfect in the middle of Cinisi, close to everything. We definitely can recommend it!:)
The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. The lovely house came equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. All sorts of snacks and breakfast foods were readily available. The bed was one of the best we slept in. Our only regret is that our stay was so short
This property definitely exceeded our expectations, it was our last night in Sicily and we truly didn't want to leave after checking in. We had a fabulous night, dinner in the dining room, breakfast the next morning and then off to the airport, just a 15 minute drive.
This was an unexpected surprise as we only needed one night of accommodation close to the airport. There was a beautiful beach 3 minutes walk down the road and the restaurant attached to the hotel was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel.
Angela is very lovely and helpful, she made our short stay easy and cozy.
Hotel is far from city but close to the airport and few steps from an amazing beach with mountain views. We stayed for one night only but would come back.
We enjoyed Casa Del Corso! It was very relaxed and is centrally located in Cinisi. Plus it’s across the street from a gelataria. The owners of the property were very gracious and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for anything else.
It was a bit out of the way. Buses from the airport to Cinisi don’t go often and they were significantly delayed. The owner did provide airport transfer for an additional fee slightly cheaper than a cab would have been.
