The location is great, the apartament was clean and it is well equipped. The jacuzzi on the balcony is very comfy, specially on windy days.

Excellent location and amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions for things to do. If you're expecting a Hilton experience, then go elsewhere. This is definitely an island experience. A bit rustic with the sound of sheep walking by, cats roaming and the smell of fresh air. The sunset and sunrise are wonderful with the view of the sea. Would do it again.

Very clean, exceptional meals from the restaurant.
Great but out of season. Very good restaurants.
Beware the walk to Cala Luna - ignore the guide book - this is a very tough walk, but worth it if you're young and fit. Walk one way and get the boat back.

Even the town is small, but there are a lot of outdoor program, like boating to the different Cala's, small beaches, which could be accessible only from the sea, by boat.
I strongly recommend to visit Grotta di Bue Marino, a roughly 1 km long cave, with English and Italian language guide.
In the town there is a very interesting Aquarium too.
You may find everywhere good restaurants, bars.
We felt ourselves in the Paradise.

Cala Gonone itself is not that interesting, but you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches by boat from the prier of Cala Gonone. The location is nice, you can reach it after a drive on a serpentine.

Cala Gonone is a sensational destination.
Cala Gonone is a sensational destination. The most beautiful little town with lots of great dining options. The excursions to explore the nearby cove are also incredible. I recommend getting a boat and visiting as many of the ocean access beaches as possible. You wont need a car if you only want to see this little town, however, it is challenging to get to without one. This is a must see destination if you love beaches, boating and great food. Do not miss Cala Gonone!

Peaceful small town with beaches, no rush, a small but great Aquarium, a port, which is great access point to Orosei Gulf. Visited two times off season. Supermarkets expensive, restaurants were not
special but had reasonable price and good food. Check the small restaurant on the top of the hill, right after the tunnel. Great combination for view 7/10 coffee and 8/10 pizza.
Everything was great! Really felt like home! The shower on the terrace is amazing when you get back from the beach. The restaurant downstairs is amazing. The facilities are great. Really enjoyed my stay here and would really recommend this appratment to others. Stefano gave us tips and helped us with the planning. Roberto was also one of the most joyous persons we met during our stay here! Will definitely stay here again when we return to Sardinia! Overall, it was a great place with wonderful people! 😊
Apartment size, clean, full of necessary facilities.
It was more than expected - a big villa with all facilities that we just could dream. Clean, light rooms, all necessary equipment of the kitchen if you like to cook, quiet area with perfect size balcony and green area. Cala Gonone is a small village so 5-10 min walking from side to side it is not a big challenge. We were happy with a choice of Villa Isabelle for our vacation. Thank for Luccia for hospitality.
The location was great, right in front of the sea, and super close to the marina and lots of restaurants. Marco (the host) was very kind and helpful and always had a simple and very good breakfast available with some Sardinian sweets included for us to try. We couldn’t make the Wi-Fi work on both our phones all the time but the room was very clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have A/C with the hot weather in the beginning of June.
Only few things can be pointed out as nice and comforting. The location of the place is very good in close distance to the main Cala Gonone beach. Also enough space for free parking (unattended) is fine. If you have a car, you can easily reach the passage to the Cala Luna bay as well as the market in the city center. The hotel also provides a 'shuttle train' to the beach, which works during the day.
Everything! Amazing hosts - perfect communication. Lovely room, amazing sea view - short walk downhill from the port and center. Breakfast - Italian style (lots of sweet things). Nice gesture from the host: in the very beginning she used tablet to provide us with instructions/ intro in English by using Google Translate. She even informed us about the "climb" from center to the accommodation.
Stunning views, breathtaking sunrise, cozy and relaxing place. Most of all, Ignacio has been a great host and offered us much appreciated hands-on help on more occasions. This is only one of several places we have visited in Sardinia, but even my teenagers have appreciated this property for its warmth, hospitality and location, as a one even they would like to return to in the future.
A beautiful view from the balcony, on a steep hill 5 minutes walk down to the sea. The house is basic but has everything you need for a beautiful stay in a fantastic part of Sardinia. Parking immediately outside, good wi-fi, kitchen is practical and washing machine too. Leonardo is very helpful and friendly. Cala Gonone - what a place!
The hotel room and grounds are fantastic!!! The staff is also super friendly. The breakfast was very good too. I suggest having a car because the walk back up the hill from the town would take awhile. The bonus if being up high is you have a beautiful view of the water!
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. There was an excellent complimentary buffet breakfast which we weren't expecting and the staff were wonderful - waited up for us when our plane was over 3 hours late. Hopefully the very nice restaurant will be fully open soon.
The staff were exceptional. Super friendly, extremely helpful, and always happy and smiling. They truely made our stay. The property was in a great spot with ample parking. It has a fabulous pool which is certainly needed in the heat of Sardinia.
The view was the only thing that was positive about this hotel. I also must commend the kind attentiveness and professionalism of M. Francesca, who helped organize a thoughtful anniversary surprise for my parents.
We came in the middle of December for one night, very off-season for Cala Gonone. The owner opened the hotel just for us. We were very well treated and had croissants ready in the morning.
Perfect location in the middle of Sardinian no-land. Super-friendly and helpful host, breakfast in an amazing shepherd's hut. Nature all around. Peaceful and quiet. Very much recommended.
Everything! We spent a week in Sardinia in 4 different spots and this was our absolute favorite. Amazing location, view, much bigger than the pictures. Comfortable beds.
