    Perfect place for total relaxation.

Perfect place for total relaxation. Maybe a few more activities for the ‘oldies’ would be good. We loved the bingo and Kahootz but the party music wasn’t our style. Enjoyed the saxophone player and the Irish singer. During the day maybe trivia or games?

2 out of the 3 restaurants - bars closed upon arrival - massively disappointing. Spoilt the whole experience and once you’ve unpacked and settled - to find this out 2 days into a 7 day trip is demoralising. A waste if a holiday

    Angsana Velavaru is magical place.

Angsana Velavaru is magical place. Since arrival everything was exceptionally good. When we arrived at the airport there was representative and she looked after us and took us to sea plane. And when you fly on sea plane you see beautiful island and different shares of water. Resort was really beautiful and clean, Food was very good. I would say must go for all inclusive . Couple of restaurants one with buffet and food was scrumptious. Resort pool was good size and room was so clean including the shower etc. Best experience is scuba diving. Instructor Ahmad was best . Even though it was my first experience . But Ahmad was so calm and made me feel relaxed. My Mrs she backed out at the last moment just before jumping but they did not charge us for that. I am fully impressed with their exceptional services. I saw reel, Carol, touched the turtle, schools of fish, mini sharks and over the water while my mrs were waiting, she saw dolphons. All i can say its really really amazing experience , with lots of water sports, free kayaking and i want to visit it again.

Staff were excellent, very good food.

Staff were excellent, very good food. Nice, clean and well maintained property. Excellent spot for people who love snorkeling. There is a reef on the property. A bit far from Male airport and transfer takes time.

It was a good place to spend our family vacation.

It was a good place to spend our family vacation. Clean rooms, excellent spread of food & drinks, reasonable TV channels coverage, uncrowded island beach and friendly staff. The walkways could have some shelter added to a walk back and fort from villas - specially in the hot noon sun.

Extraordinary stay, amazing location in the Maldives. Especially, loved the friendliness of the staffs, plenty of activities to do. Amazing food, it was really good with a variety of options and themed dinners. Resort had special event nights to discover the local culture. A few mentions for the staffs who were really great with us: Ahemed (divecenter), Zahuraan, Asif, Maheed, Sumith (sunset boat cruise), Shaaman, Jaleel, Mew (SPA), Sylvia (divecenter) and of course the rest of the team whom we couldn't grab the names.

-There is a large reef area just at the beach of this hotel. You don't have to take a boat tour for snorkeling, and it's a breathtaking experience. -Every single staff of the hotel is very smiling and helpful. Our responsible Didi helped us whenever we need and offered us some gifts for honeymoon. -The rooms are very clean and there are two room services per day. -The nature of the hotel island is magical. -Ours was a dinner included package and the food in general was very satisfactory.

Everything that is good about the Maldives is here. The Ocean, the white sandy beach, the weather, the staff, the food and drinks, in short, everything. The rooms were cleaned twice a day, the cleaning of the room was done by an employee named Babul, who is extremely nice and I can only say good things about him. Each guest has a separate hotel manager who immediately takes care of any unique wishes, our manager was Suaid, who was also very professional. Everything was impeccable.

Riu Palace was absolutely perfect. Everyone at the resort was soo kind and looked after us really well. A special thanks to Marshall Palm hotel manager at the resort for going above and beyond for us. We had an incredible time at Riu Palace and will definitely return to this paradise. We loved how Riu Palace was not overly crowded and just enough people. If you love crowd then Riu Atoll would be better for that.

Room was well decorated, pretty big with amazing bathroom. The direct access to the beach from the villa. Water sports activities and Reefs belongs to hotel. Housekeeping service was excellent. Everywhere was clean. The selection in breakfast is very rich. Complimentary service for paddle, kayak and snorkeling is plus and good treatment. Complimentary seaplane is very much appreciated.

This was our second time there and we were pleasantly surprised of how the hotel developed. The trees have grown so much in 2 years :) We liked everything - the helpfulness of the staff, the food, the variety of music and activities. Everything was extremely clean! All personnel were wearing mask everywhere and all the time.
