The grounds / gardens are beautiful and relaxing. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot, the service is friendly and reliable, and the food is good (breakfast included and you can request dinner for an extra charge). For a few extra dollars you can also use the Turkish sauna. This is my favorite place to stay for easy access to the Quito airport.

We wished we had longer to stay and enjoy the facilities. The staff was very accommodating, getting a very last-minute masseuse for an individual in our party who was having a lot of leg pain. The restaurant staff handled our large party well and we had a very good meal. The hotel grounds were lovely.

We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. We had to leave very early for the airport so missed the breakfast however the person at reception arranged for boxed meals for us.
