Location was excellent. Right on the side of the ski slope and very close to all other lifts. All staff were very friendly and helpful except for one member of staff on reception who was abrupt and officious. All other reception staff were lovely.

Lovely location, close to the slopes and shops (few mins walk) but tucked away in the forest for a bit of tranquility. Great that we as an extended family could all have our own apartments but be close to each other on the same floor.

Probably good for beginners (less than 3 trips). Anything more and you’ll be bored after a day. Resprt is dreadful - like Blackpool on ice. No atmosphere, just bars, average restaurants and limited skiing.
Two good things - Rila hotel is lovely, and Victoria restaurant is a gem amongst some very basic food offerings

Borovets is a great place for families looking for a ski vacation. It's not to hard to get to from Sofia airport. Just 77 minutes away from the airport. The town felt safe and quiet even at night ( at least where we stayed). It has a green slope which is ideal for beginners. The blue and green slopes are right next to each other. This enabled me to see my daughter ski on the blue slope while I used the easier green slope which was too easy for her. The lift is safe and efficient. The slopes are wide enough to accommodate all the skiers without feeling too crowded. There are lots of good options for ski lessons and equipment. Personally I recommend Ollie Moly Ski school and rental. One piece of advice: don't change money to BGN in the airport. You get a much better rate by changing in Borovets. There are plenty of change stores in the town. The town is very close to the ski slopes. There are plenty of places to buy food

Beautiful slopes and lots of chairs available high on the mountains. It is however extremely crowded at the bottom gondola. It opens at 8:30 but at that time the queue is already very long and it's going slowly. We spent almost 45-60 mins staying in the queue at the bottom gondola. Also, the closing time is 4:30 PM. We would have expected that during Febr when the day is longer that they will be open much later than that.

Slopes were not well maintained, especially after it snowed overnight. They would become bumpy quickly after start of the day. Lifts timinings are also stange - cabin starts at 8 am, while Yastrebec Express at 8:30, so if one wants to go up - you have to wait very long time at Mid Station. I think it would be a great idea to leave 2 or 3 cabins empty, every now and then, so people waiting at mid statuon can board quicker.

The resort has seen better days.
The resort has seen better days. As a native from Bulgaria we can see the hordes of people hitting the slopes during the winter(when we visit) and if you plan to visit during the weekend - don't, you will ruin your experience. We are talking about 20minute waits on lifts, no space to walk due to lack of parking spaces to handle the traffic load and so. Week days are still calm and you can actually enjoy it. Another tip - if you want to eat, go to the near by town Samokov(5min drive) instead of eating on the slopes. It costs as much as 50% less and the food is better.
I chose this hotel on a last minute trip to Borovets. All in all, i am extremely happy for choosing this hotel. One thing I particularly appreciated about the Euphoria Club Hotel was that I did not experience any problems with the sofa in my room, which can sometimes be an issue in hotels. The sofa was comfortable and in good condition, which made it a great place to relax after a long day of skiing.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Euphoria Club Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Borovets
Hotel rooms comfortable but dated, not a problem for us (not in the room much), plenty of storage and somewhere to hang your coat after skiing, other hotels we've been to in borovets didn't have enough storage or anywhere to hang coats to dry out after skiing. Fridge in room worked well, so well in fact it froze our water when we turned it up. Staff very nice and helpful, especially the barman. Breakfast and dinner both good. Group of 12 and everyone found something they liked to eat.
I like very much the service of the hotel, and how welcoming and friendly was the staff. It is a gem - great value for my money at the resort like Borovetz. The location is also very good! Quiet and away from the main street of the resort, yet it is quite close to the lifts. The forest is near and also there is a new ECO path (ask at Reception) along a small stream just three minutes walk from the hotel that can bring you to the resort itself.
The hosts Alexander and Fannie are so kind and welcoming, they met us in the airport on time and drove us to the guest house. The room was clean and cozy, and had the essential tools for making sandwiches for the hikes. Nice and warm shower. Amazing balcony to have breakfast and dry your clothes.
The best value for money place to stay for summer activities in borovets
Great team of people works here! Hotel is renovated and in nice shape. Its not luxurious, its somewhat cheap, but a great for that money.
You have shuttle service, its not a big van in sheduled time, rather a SUV that takes you to the slopes and from them whenever you call it. Almost like a personal taxi. Breakfast buffet is great!
the sweetest host! a little bit of a language barrier that was easily fixed with google translate. the house was a bit far from the main hotel zone in Borovets. for us it was perfect and quiet. It is located a walking distance from the lifts. in the house there is a full kitchen with everything needed. really recommend
The hotel is very good and modern. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. The staff are kind and very helpful. Free parking available in the garage of the hotel. There is a headed pool and spa. The location is great, near the ski area and the center of the place. Highly recommend.
The location couldn’t be better even though it’s 3 km drive from the borovets city but the hotel located in the middle of forest and I could hear only the birds sounds and nothing else which for me it was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable bed. It has balcony with the forest view.
The best part is the food provided - great quantity and good quality, different every day. The hotel is located 15 min. away by walk from the town center, away from the crowd and noise. The indoor pool is good but small for the size of the resort and it gets crowded. Has a nice free sauna.
The location is good 10-12 min walking to the cabin lift. Apart hotels give you the freedom to take a rest and to prepare a tea, to eat food that you're used to eat. Good for vacacione with family and children and for longer stay, not just a weekend. The free parking is an advantage too.
Lovely location at base of black slope beside restaurants,
ski rent and ski pass booth. Family orientated area and fun to watch kids sledging down hill. Hotel dated looking but comfortable. Staff were efficient and pleasant. 3 mins walking distance to main street Borovets
Rila is a well organized hotel to serve the ski lovers of the Borovets Ski center. The location is SUPERB, free parking, free Ski Depot, very good breakfast, food choices, a very big pool, a spa area. The room is absolutely fine and the stuff very friendly.
Location is slope side, and adjacent to a main lift: it is the best located hotel in Borovets.
The food, cooked to order, and served in a friendly unfussy manner, was excellent - and again the best we've had in Borovets (from more than 15 visits).
The room was huge and the furnishing reflects the outside design of the hotel - it feels like a manor house. Food and service were great, the ski lifts are close, parking is available in the yard. A great place to stay in Borovets!
Fantastic setting and loads of facilities, including a private woodlands park. Hotel very nicely done, beautiful lobby bar. Spa area not crowded at all during the hours we visited. Good breakfast. Close to Borovets, yet secluded.
The location was great, really close to one of the slopes. The apartment is part of bigger hotel (Borovets Hills) which is really nice and has facilities such as sauna and pool. Also we did feel safe at all times.
