The hotel itself is older and I was expecting a little bit more from the room but other than that, I loved the vibe of the place. The ghost town right next to the hotel was worth the visit as well. Would go back.

Revelstoke is a great 4- season mountain town with lots to offer visitors and just passing thru travellers alike. Great town site, great selection/ variety of good restaurants, and world class ski resort Mount Revy as the anchor tenant of this beautiful destination. And best burgers at the ski hill award in Western Canada goes the crew at the top of Mt. Revy's MacKenzie lookout, Wow! Delicious smash burgers, chicken burgers, and fresh cut fries all made from scratch at a great price, Fantastic! Plus many other great foodie favorites in town to choose from...A+

I stay in Revelstoke every winter season for about four to five weeks and try and use different hotels each time, so every hotel gets some revenue from us, but I will never stay at the STOKE AGAIN what a con.

It's a lovely town in the middle of nowhere.
It's a lovely town in the middle of nowhere. It's also a big historical town, and the Revelstoke Railway Museum was worth a visit. We tried to explore other places, but unfortunately, most of them were closed. We have no regrets, as we would go there again. We loved the serenity, a perfect town enwrapped by the mighty BC mountains.

Revelstoke is a great mountain town with plenty of amenities and sights to see and things to do especially if you're into the outdoors. During the winter Revelstoke Mountain Resort is one of the best mountains out there to ski with incredible terrain and if you're into backcountry skiing Revy serves as a great base of operations to do local tours in the area including around Rogers Pass. During the summer their cultural scene also picks up with their summer concert series which is fun and the mountain bike scene here is incredible.

Room was very noisy.
Room was very noisy. Was a woken up at 3:30 in the morning by someone running up and down outside on both levels yelling for at least ten minutes. We felt unsafe. Also we were overcharged from what our original confirmation was. Also the bathroom was not very nice with broken tile around the tub and walls. I know I reviewed this before about the noise but it was not posted. I deleted my original confirmation unfortunately so I have no backup on the overcharge.
This room we was given was not at all like the picture we were shown when booking. It was like sleeping in a poorly converted garage, it is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot all over the world. You should show the picture of the room you are selling not a fancy one to get the booking, very disappointed and reception did not seem to care when we showed them what we was shown when booking to what we got when we arrived, I stay in Revelstoke every year but will never stay here again would worst room.
The room size is amazing, the price of the hotel was very affordable especially for the location (super close to downtown Revelstoke). The bathroom was great, as were the amenities in the room (TV, refrigerator). The guy who checked us in twice around 11 pm was excellent, considerate and helped us out immediately when we alerted him of toilteries not being available one of the night. I also loved the decor on the walls of the facility. Overall a great place to stay if you are stopping by in Revelstoke.
A really good hotel. I would recommend a stay here. Going through some external refurbishment but it did not affect our stay. A friendly welcome with staff eager to help throughout our stay. A great location. Just minutes walk from the town. Great for me as I have walking difficulties. A decent size and comfortable room. The beds were also comfortable. A decent sized bathroom with all the toiletries we needed. If in Revelstoke again I would want to use the property
Nice hotel walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. We were able to check out the local farmer's market. The beds were very comfortable, extra pillows were on the shelf above the closet. TV was excellent allowing my partner to watch his favorite ball team play. Quiet hotel, even with all the trains. It is an older place but is spotless. We would stay there again. The ground floor room with parking outside the door was great.
The view and location to where we were for site seeing. The staff were all very nice. The room was on the 3rd floor with balcony. It had been upgraded and clean. This is a very old hotel and needs more updating but we enjoyed our stay. Had adequate parking and a restaurant with limited hours. We enjoyed the Historic Old town next to the hotel which is half price on tickets during your stay.
From the hotel to the staff, Eleven Revelstoke was exceptional in every way!
A most enjoyable stay & possibly one of the most accommodating, relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in. The on-site restaurant was also exceptional providing delicious breakfasts, meals & apres ski drinks & light bites.
Thank you all at Eleven for a wonderful experience!
The staff was good and worked out a situation to get me a better room, but that was only because my parents booked directly through sandman, since I had booked through booking.com they wouldn't have been able to do anything for me. I won't be booking through booking.com again and will book directly through the hotel I plan on staying at
One of many motels in Revelstoke, this one is nearer the highway about a 3 minute drive or 15-20 walk to the historic centre of town. The managers are very pleasant and easy going and appear to care about the place. There is a grab and go breakfast was nice to have. The beds were comfortable.
The hotel is in a great part of Revelstoke. I enjoyed the opportunity to walk out the door to several restaurants, shoppings and amenities. There were several dinning options attached to the hotel itself and the free hot breakfast was lovely. The room was spacious and was exactly as advertised.
We have stayed here a couple of times now -- the rooms and beds are clean and comfortable, and the nights are perfectly quiet! The location is walking distance to anything you want to see downtown, and the staff are genuinely friendly. We highly recommend this little hotel.
Basic breakfast is nice for travelers. Also location right off the highway was convenient, although would have been nice to walk to downtown. Everything was as expected. Price was good compared to our previous stay in Revelstoke at an older motel.
Room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable - staff were very friendly, breakfast was included and it was very good. Also appreciated that I didn’t have to take my car to go skiing, as the hotel provided bus transfers to and from the hill.
Very friendly staff, efficient and professional. The breakfast was the best we had between Vancouver and Calgary delivered by the hotels in house chef/baker. Excellent location for access to the Revelstoke township. Quiet and relaxed spot.
It was easy to find and the cabin we stayed in was so nice. After traveling and staying in hotels for a couple of weeks it was really nice to stay in such a beautiful accommodation with all of the amenities.
Book early and ask for a room with a mountain view. The hotel interior is beautiful and the setting is gorgeous. Plus there are loads of great places to eat close by in Revelstoke. Highly recommend!!
Great location to ski Revelstoke and just a short drive to town. Great set up for 3 couples each with own private bedroom and bathroom. Outdoor hot tub on third floor was also very nice.
If you are looking for a place to rest your head, this is a cheap option. The hotel is run down and showing its age, but still holds some potential. The room was clean but very sparse
Everything was excellent in Regent hotel. I’ll definitely come back again in future and suggest this hotel to all my friends who want to visit Revelstoke.
