Very clean and quiet which are the main things for me. The rooms were sparsely decorated and would benefit from softening features.

The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and allows reaching Bilbao in a few minutes drive. I was positively surprised that the hotel be in a rather leafy surrounding, almost giving the impression of being located far away from urban areas. The room was very quiet. The hotel offers outdoor areas to have a drink or eat alfresco, even during rainy times.
I was also positively surprised to realise that there is a restaurant at the hotel. Although I did not get to have diner here, the ambience looked very inviting.
This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport.

Excellent view, big room and comfortable room, excellent breakfast
A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in...
A great neighbourhood to experience authentic life in another country and culture. Weekends are festive in the area with lots of activity at the local bars and cafes. Not many tourists around though... more elderly population noticeable.
Attractive lounge/ breakfast area, even outdoor tables for drinks and relaxing. There are plenty of trees surrounding the hotel area, so it's a nicer environment than most airport hotels.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are pretty comfortable though if you want to part the curtains for fresh air, the parking lot lights are glaring- a minor point.
Very close to the airport and car rentals.
The breakfast is good. The restaurant (owned by a different company) is OK.
Good Airport hotel. Shuttle Bus is quite reliable, which is available between 5:10 and 23:30 for both directions. When you arrive at the airport, you must make a phone call to ask them to pick you up. And they will come in 10minutes.
Staff is professional and friendly. Room is clean and big.
Bathroom shower is new and comfortable, equipped with a rainforest shower. Decent bath towel, shower gel, shampoo and soap are prepared.
It was close to the Bilbao airport and had a free shuttle. We arrived at the airport via bus from San Sebastián and the hotel picked us up within 15 minutes. We reserved two rooms since we are traveling with two kids. The two rooms were on separate floors and they were unfortunately not able to move us closer. The stairwell was the best part of the hotel itself; it was light.
we got an upgrade to king size bed room and the room was impeccable. spacious, clean, comfy bedding, large bathroom and there was a plenty of neat details one wouldn’t expect to find at an airport hotel
it was also soundproof, which was a massive plus after our 2 week trip around Spain where this feature is really hard to come by at this price point
there is nothing to not like! absolutely loved the hotel, the breakfast, the staff, the ease of transportation to the airport and to the city. we were in Bilbao for just one night, so the ease to travel to the airport was great. we had an early morning flight out and the breakfast (sumptuous) was laid out before 6 am. the staff is excellent too
Great location for ease of an early morning flight.. room was comfy and clean.. staff were helpful and when I arrived at the airport in the morning super early, I had forgotten my phone charger, called the hotel and the transfer driver brought me my charger:) super kind and helpful
The room was clean and bed comfortable. The hotel is close to Bilbao airport and motorways. The staff were helpful with information about transport into Bilbao. The architecture of the complex is interesting as it is an old seminary. Good parking.
The proximity to the airport and free shuttle was great for an early morning flight. This hotel is surrounded by beautiful grounds. 10 min walk to Derio train station to take the Euskotren to downtown Bilbao. Convenient on site bar/ Resturant
This is a nice basic hotel to be close to the airport. Free Shuttle to the airport was very helpful! We used it twice.
Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful pillows. English speaking staff was helpful. Great TV. Elevator.
Good value hotel, especially suitable if you are travelling by car and want to explore the area around Bilbao. It's easy to access from the highway and has plenty of parking spaces. Bilbao center (Guggenheim) is about 10-15 minutes by car.
Helpful staff and the hotel was close to the airport, so the complimentary shuttle they provided only took 5 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. There was an option to buy snacks and drinks even if you didn’t buy the breakfast.
Overall, the hotel is nice with all of the necessary amenities. It is not very close to the centre of Bilbao, but it is located just 5 minutes from the airport with a taxi.
