Took a boat out on the Avon for the best view of the Castle in town. The Mill Garden is also a must do for views of the river and castle. The Lord Leycester is also a wonderful place to see. Was a perfect place to spend a sunny day.

A lovely little town with lots of restaurants and, of course, the castle.
Many interesting places to visit in the area. Lots of National Trust properties within striking distance. Stratford just down the road.

Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do.
Warwick town was quite quiet with very little to do. Lots of coffee shops, pubs. Not many shops. The castle is obviously there to visit however it was very heavy rain that day hence not the ideal time to walk around the castle and its grounds. Would not visit again.

Lovely county town.
Lovely county town. Lots of independent shops and cafes - and so many cuisines available - (a cream tea at the Lord Leycester Hospital in the stunning Great Hall was a highlight). Warwick Castle is a treasure - must visit. Lots to see and do in the town itself and nice walks along the river in St Nicholas Park. Will definitely be going back.

Do try and stay Saturday and Sunday if you can, the castle and its grounds will easily take up most of the day and you cannot visit without seeing the rest of Warwick town. All accessible walking so you can park up the car and relax in a beautiful town with so much to offer

Nice place.
Nice place. Unfortunately I was there for just a night and a day spent in the Castle. We ate at the only place open at 7 pm, a pub in the main square, quite expensive, I took a beef meat dish, quite good but with too many potatoes and poor in vegetables, as per description. My friend took a sea bass dish and she liked it. The town seems quite modern, I expected an old little town..
Next day the Castle. This is quite interesting even if with too many reconstructions and restorations. The external location is beautiful and has interesting points to be seen, as the towers. They made many types of attractions in order to engage visitors. The interiors show many rooms of recent periods, enriched by wax figures in period clothing.
All quite expensive in my opinion. I think a family spends too much if you include everything, from accommodation to entrance and parking tickets, also because they also charge children aged 2 and over.
In any case I enjoyed my little trip.. Except the weather! But I'm Italian and so I.m a little spoiled on many subjects.. :)
Quirky little boutique hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean, cheerful, spacious and practical room. Good breakfast, full English plus cereal, yoghurt, juices and toast.
Parking onsite. Walk to Warwick castle. Sainsbury’s next door was useful for us as we were touring by car and could restock our picnic supplies.
Good location for exploring parts of Warwickshire and visiting friends. Evening meals excellent quality. Staff particularly helpful when found that hair straighteners had been left at the property by mistake. Ample car parking. Room very accessible. Comfortable lounge area was an added extra when meeting friends.
Loved everything about this hotel from the traditional pub feel inside to the spacious modern outdoor garden area. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was one of the best I have had. All this and the location is excellent for Warwick and the race course. Free parking as well.
The stay was very good value for money and we were very happy with the location for our purposes. It was a good base from which to visit Coventry, the Warwick Arts Centre, Stourbridge and Kidderminster. It has excellent road connections and is very accessible.
A very big hôtel used by a lot of business people but ideal
location for visiting both Stratford upon Avon and Warwick castle . Our family room was spacious and clean with comfy beds and an excellent shower .
Excellent buffet breakfast. friendly staff
good sized bedroom with en suite shower , bed was super comfy.
Breakfast was great , one of the best we have had.
Park cottage is in an ideal location for walking into Warwick town centre and Warwick Castle.
Definitely recommend .
Great location for our trip to Warwick Castle. Super convenient being located within a pub/restaurant so we didn't need to leave for dinner or drinks. Provided parking at the nearby racetrack was convenient.
The room was cosy and the location is fantastic. This is the experience of lodging in a pub in rural Britain. Highly recommended. If you want to lodge in Warwick, this is the place.
Really excellent hotel, very very hard to fault. Great location, very nice room with unlimited free wifi and lovely staff. Would def book again if we come back to Warwick.
The location of the hotel was great as we were going to Warwick races which is about 20 minute walk. The staff were very pleasant and checking in was quick and effortless.
Very disappointed
On arrival I was made aware there was no breakfast the next day even though I had book this and apparently the hotel was full which didn’t make sense.
We enjoyed the ease of getting to the site, close parking could be found, the delicious on-site dining and the locations nearness ( a short walk) to Warwick Castle.
Good vegan options especially as we found finding vegan food in Warwick was difficult. Good location and friendly professional staff. Rest of the hotel was lovely.
