We booked 3 double rooms all located next to each other, all slightly different but all nice, shower was amazing, phone signal was poor but free WiFi so no issues, friendly staff eager to help

We had a meal in the restaurant and it was good. It was a very convenient one-night stop over, meaning we were only about 25 minutes from the Stena Line Terminal at Birkenhead. There was plenty of free parking. The staff were friendly.

It was clean and comfortable, conveniently located a few steps from the high street and just a stones throw to the bus station. There were kitchen appliances in the shared kitchen and a mini fridge in the room so we could easily make a quick breakfast.
