Rooms are beautiful and breakfast was a delight. We would have used the pool but not at an extra £15 per person.

My first visit and only stayed a couple of days so just time to visit Jephson park, and shopping area. Which were both lovely and grand. Learned about the history of the town the museum and Pump Rooms. I would say a very friendly town.

A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are.
A lovely town though getting worse as all UK towns are. Quite a few addicts, drunks and homeless people on the streets. Many shops closed but it's a pleasant walk around, lots of independent shops still open. There are dozens of coffee shops and restaurants.
The park is a gem. Quite beautiful. The art gallery is good and has a wonderful café.

We were visiting Leamington Spa for a family Christening, so we had limited time to explore the town. We had a meal out on our first and only evening and then spent the following morning wandering around the town. An interesting historical town, with lots of green spaces.

We visited the British motor museum whilst there and it was nice to walk around and see all the old vehicles and styles of road etc. We also went into Stratford-upon-Avon and had a walk around there which was lovely but busy. And we went to the butterfly house there which has more than just butterflies so was definitely worth the money! We also saw shakespeares birthplace which was interesting!
The Hotel felt rural despite being only a couple of miles from Leamington Spa . Our room had a full length sliding window overlooking the countryside. There were plenty of fluffy towels for our disposal and the shower was hot and constant. The staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly , polite and professional . The hot breakfast was made to order with high quality ingredients . My husband said it was the best hotel breakfast he has ever had.
I stayed there once, for two days, while I was in the city for work.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.
The breakfast, even though it is continental, is very tasty and there are several options.
The location is excellent, and I was able to park on the street for no extra charge.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Leamington Spa.
I've stayed at Victoria Park Lodge a few times and loved it every time.
The rooms are comfortable, even the smaller ones (I stayed in a single room once). All the beds I slept in were comfortable.
The hotel staff is friendly and they always made me feel at home.
The breakfast, as other reviews say, is really wonderful.
The location is excellent.
I recommend the stay for anyone planning to stay in Leamington Spa.
The apartment was ideal for a short break to the area and great value for money. We often stay in a cheap hotel but with growing children this meant we had our own space. It was clean, well decorated and the staff were very attentive. It was within easy walking distance of Leamington spa town and had parking outside the door. Thank you for a lovely stay.
The variety of food is limited. As I did not drive to the hotel, it is quite inconvenient to get to the hotel. However, it has lots of parking spaces. So if I go there by car it is very convenient as there are lots of shopping centres adjacent to the hotel. Moreover, it is not far to Leamington Spa or Warwick Castle if travel by car.
We were visiting Leamington Spa for a friends birthday party and wanted to book somewhere central. This hotel is walkable to everywhere. Our room was fantastic, and had clearly been fairly recently renovated. The breakfast, which was included, was excellent. Altogether this hotel exceeded our expectations for a 3 star hotel.
This place is small and cosy, it has its own bathroom and kitchen which is a bonus. Very cheap considering a local hotel was significantly more expensive.
Lovely attentive host. Tv can be moved so you can watch in bed which was a nice bonus!
We were unable to stay at the hotel as to get to our room we had to climb 6 flights of very narrow stairs. My husband is 80 and has mobility issues, he just couldn’t do it. There was no mention of accessibility issues on the booking site.
Our stay was almost perfect. The hotel, rooms, location and staff were superb. It is well situated whilst being minutes from the centre in a country-style setting. Prices are certainly reasonable and facilities recommended.
Lovely home with charming architectural features, excellent quiet location yet convenient by foot to all that Leamington Spa has to offer. Loved the kitchen and dining areas -- the Aga made the home so cozy!
A beautiful country house . Rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The dinning room was wonderful and the food delicious. A great place to stay on our road trip. Very close to Warwick Castle
Everything was perfect and to a very high standard. Clean, comfortable and an exceptional breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. It is my preferred place to stay in Leamington Spa.
