Pleasant stay, staff were lovely and the breakfast selection was excellent and really good value. The facilities were clean and well prepared, the bar was comfortable and a good selection of drinks. Such a horrible experience.
Such a horrible experience. There was no hot water and heating wasn’t working so it couldn’t get worse. A member of staff tried to fix gas but he couldn’t. A beautiful part of the country, plenty of historical buildings and gardens to visit. England at its best. As well as staying at Gravetye Manor we visited Pashley Manor gardens and popped to Hastings for a stroll by the sea. We were lucky with the weather and found our weekend there one to remember. Staff were great, rooms were big, beds were comfy, breakfast was very nice with a good selection and they made sure the buffet was always stocked up with fresh food. Spa area is small but has a nice atmosphere and kept very clean. Great value for money.

It is a very quiet area and very close to the East Grinstead train station. Excellent communications and immediate responses. When I have to return to the area I will book again.

The bathroom was massive with a large walk in shower unit and separate freestanding roll-top bath. Location wise this was perfect - just on the edge of East Grinstead town centre within walking distance of several cafes, bars and restaurants.
