Plenty to see and do, we went specifically for a show but...
Plenty to see and do, we went specifically for a show but there are various museums, theatres and attractions. Also recommend having a curry as Bradford is supposed to be the curry capital of the UK. Only issue is major roadworks are going on in the city centre in preparation for city of culture in 2025 making navigation tricky for non-locals.

Bradford has some beautiful buildings and probably in it's hay day shone The city has many homeless young people and my heart felt for these youngsters. We were there on a theatre visit.
We were there on a theatre visit. The city is in the middle of major refurbishment in the centre and many of the roads were closed to traffic but we were able to walk from the hotel to the theatre quite comfortably. I like the look of the city and everyone we met seemed friendly.

Lots of areas to visit and close to places like: Saltaire and Haworth (Bronte Country) There is a lot of work being done in Bradford at the moment. Didn't spend much time in Bradford itself which is presently in a mess preparing for city of culture in 2025. A nightmare to drive in. We were actually visiting Saltaire which was pleasant and enjoyed visits to Salts Mill as well as East Ribblesden Hall near Keighley. Mos importantly we were able to spend time with oldest friends now living in Saltaire.
