Beautiful setting - very picturesque.

This farmhouse is situated just over one mile from the village of Bidford-on-Avon and 7 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds.

Host Chris was friendly and welcoming, and the continental breakfast supplied was of excellent quality and easy to order what we wanted. The accommodation formed part of the main house, separated along a corridor by a curtain. Although this was unusual and something we'd not experienced before, it wasn't an issue, and we could pull across for privacy. We had a bedroom (1 double & 1 single bed), bathroom (with bath & shower) and a kitchenette with kettle, fridge, small cooker, microwave, table and sofa - all we needed for our 2 night stay! All rooms were clean and tidy, and towels and toiletries were provided. There is secure parking at the property behind automatic gates. We were given a code for the touch pad so we could come and go as we pleased. We weren't familiar with the area, but Chris was able to recommend a great local place to eat and was on hand should we need anything. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would stay again should we be back in this area.

Breakfast was good. We also ate in the restaurant both evenings. Portions a little small but everything was delicious, especially the lamb saag.

Breakfast wasn’t great was cold and eggs were hard poached no toast for table our evening meal was a disaster waited an hour for food when it came it was the wrong order so had to wait again not good at all
