very clean and quiet. The owner ,Mr Andy is very friendly. A little far from central London but this house is within 10 min walk from tube station and very reasonable price.

Fantastic location, clean and spacious room. Very good breakfast and host welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Have already booked to stay again.
Minutes from Woodside Park Tube, Glenlyn Hotel has good access to the Wembley Complex, Alexandra Palace and Central London, without the Central London prices.
Convenient for Wembley and Alexandra Palace, Heatherbank Guest House offers good value and high standards in North Finchley, 20 minutes from London city centre.

Clean, comfortable, staff very helpful, good breakfast, good shower, able to park my car outside the hotel, and very close to the northern line train station.
The friendliness of the neighbourhood. The access to restaurants and cafes - there is such a variety of cuisines! The access to transport - easy access to greater London by car or train. Plus a big Sainsbury's on the High St.

My attraction to Barnet is Oak Hill College, where friends are studying for their degrees in Theology. Barnet itself has nice cafes and restaurants and is a relatively safe and quiet area with easy access to London and Heathrow.

Beautiful grounds and an attractive lodge for a quiet, peaceful visit, just off the M25. A great place to stay outside of London, with a direct tube line to South Kensington if you wish to visit the Natural History Museum, Science Museum or the Royal Albert Hall.

There is a main street within a short walk if you need to get any supplies; there seems to be a pretty good variety of eateries too, although we did not visit any on this visit. The tube is about 6-8 mins walk depending on your stride length....so all in all it is a good base to explore as well.

whilst on booking .com website it states free parking no reservation needed we received parking fine.we had registered car at check in.when we queried it with hotel they told us to send in photo evidence of the fine letter. so they can cancel it.we are waiting confirmation of this.the fact they have the ability to do this begs the question why say free parking then subject patrons to this upset
Comfy, clean with a helpful and friendly staff. While across London with an hour and a half journey, having Heathrow and Cockfosters on the Picadilly Underground (tube) line meant a no change trip from the airport. Brooklyn House is about a ten minute walk to the tube and then about a 30 minute trip into Central London. Further it is on the bus route to the station with the bus stop over the road. The Cockfosters village is about a ten minute walk providing the essentials with a great baker shop.
The Hotel was a transit hotel closer to the highway. If you go by car it is very convenient. If you would like to go by public transport you can use the number 113 BUS in which is direct to London downtown to Marble Arch. It is not too fast but the price per quality is good.
Near the hotel are Burger King, Subway, Starbucks, and a little shops which is good if you are hungry.
The bed was so good in the room. I received an extra pillow! The employees were so helpful and kind.
A hotel with free parking and a 6 minute walk to the tube station. Just round the corner is Sainsbury and the high street with numerous eateries and everything else you would need if you are staying local to the area. The room we had was comfortable with a very large bed, fridge, tv, hairdryer, dressing table bath and ensuite shower. The breakfast each morning was very good and well cooked. Yes i would definitely stay again.
Although in the same grounds as the owner’s property, the cabin felt private and secluded. There was a lovely area of decking with table and chairs which we would have used had the weather been better. Inside, it is very comfortable with a good size bedroom and kitchen/sitting area. We find the area a perfect place to get into London - we walked to High Barnet underground station, around 20 minutes.
Nice, clean, big rooms. Plenty good restaurants and eateries nearby. Good stay in a countryside hotel. Lifts available to carry luggage.
Contact the reception for booking cab, it's all written down. We were being duped by Mr Swapan who was charging 140GBP instead of the regular taxi fare of 100 GBP (to Stansted). Be aware.
Lovely Turkish restaurant 2 steps away. One must have a meal there.
It was very clean and modern. It was exactly as shown in the photos on the booking. Coffee machine with a good supply and variety of coffee pods. Powerful shower. Even though its on a High Street it is really quiet. Comfortable bed. Good Internet.
Short walk from the tube.
This flat had everything I needed. I will definitely be booking again next time I stay in London.
the hotel did not open the door and I could not enter the hotel, so I did not use the facility at all, surprisingly you booked the room fees although it said payment at the hotel, I contacted the hotel they said they did not book the money but you Bookin.com did this, I urge you to refund the room fees as I was not allowed to enter the hotel.
Friendly, warm & spacious. Parking available & easy commute into central but in a quieter area away from the “London buzz”. Breakfast was included but we didn’t sample it, although seemed to have the basics to start your day. Stayed in other guest houses in this location & this is definitely the nicest & most affordable.
Last minute booking ( 30 mins before arrival !) so was a little more expensive but to be expected.
Location and grounds were excellent, would not know you were staying in a highly urban area.
Restaurant not cheap for the portion size, but not unusual for London.
Would stay here again if in area.
The room was amazing for the price we paid. We was travelling for a music gig but travelled from Liverpool to London via train and bus. When we got to the hotel we asked how we get to the location, staff helped us booking us a taxi and telling us best way to get there.
It was great to come back to the peace and quiet of Barnet, the apartment and the small but lovely garden space after an exciting day in London. The train connection was very good to city centre and Harvey and Hillary were totally welcoming and helpful.
Nice cosy place to stay, it was quite easy to get by tube from the city centre, the room and bathroom were clean, the stuff was kind and friendly. Very quiet area after noisy London centre. The breakfast was ok.
Staff were friendly and happy to arrange early check in. Room was clean and warm and nicely appointed. Hotel was well situated - walking distance to High Barnet tube, with nice cafés nearby.
Considering London is an expensive city , all the facilities provided at Bay Tree House Bread & Breakfast are amazing. Heating in the room was very adequate and bed was comfortable.
Staff were fantastic! Thank you Paul and Anna for making me feel at home. The hotel is very close to the underground train station and resturants/shops.
