The house is lovely and looks exactly as you see on the pictures. Michelle is a great host and communication with her was very easy. The location is fantastic with the lake nearby and easy to get to the train station and into Stockholm. We loved it and will hopefully be able to come back for a longer stay some time.

Sigtuna is amazing, it is a small town so you can defenitly...
Sigtuna is amazing, it is a small town so you can defenitly see all of it in one day, but it is absolutely worth going there. It is the oldest town in Sweden and has a very rich viking history. The town is still the way it was 1000 years ago!! Around the little town are very old rune stones that are absolutely worth seeing, also beautiful viking ruins. I would also recommend the Sigtuna museum for some great viking history and very interesting information about Sigtuna in olden times. If you are curious about viking life..sigtuna is the place to be!AgniaNetherlands

The property is lovely and clean, great shower, cooking facilities and even outside seating overlooking St Olaf’s (lovely to sit there for breakfast). Marie and Freddy were lovely hosts and responded to emails very quickly. The centre of Sigtuna is only a couple of minutes walk away and the lake is less than 10 minutes. The inner courtyard with its rosegarden is the best. The hotel sits on top of a hill, so you have commanding views of the surrounding neighbourhood. Breakfast was also great and it is served right next to the courtyard. Last but not least it's very near the airport. I would definitely stay again and maybe spend more time walking around the historic village.AlariEstonia

The building and the surroundings are peaceful, and it sometimes felt like being in a Swedish museum almost on your own (in a very good sense). We also had a lovely dinner at the restaurant one evening. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and it is walking distance from Sigtuna center (about 15 minutes). It takes 5 min to the lake.AnnaGermany

I am so happy that my flight got delayed and I was able to make this unexpected stop during my trip! Would heartily recommend! The view from the room was particularly gorgeous!
