There were beautiful gardens in the city including the wonderful botanic garden. The castle was also interesting. In addition, Okayama is a wonderful place to stay with day trips to wonderful cities/sites such as Hiroshima, Kurashiki, Naoshima or Himeji Castle.

And the bathroom facilities are plentiful, spacious, and clean, making me feel very comfortable to stay in a place with shared spaces like this despite the pandemic. And the breakfast was very good. The location is also fantastic, only a few minutes walk from the station and right in the middle of a lively shopping street (but it isn't noisy in the hotel at all!).FrancoJapan
