Exceptional price for the best value! Outstanding place to stay! As soon as we will be back, we will come again! Everything is so clean, new equipment, made with love and passion! The host was so helpful and great! The home cooked food was one of the best and served so beautifully. We loved our room, the garden for yoga, the rooftop for relaxing, the location close to the baby elephant orphans station, Honestly I can just warmly recommend you to stay there, you will have all you need and even more for an amazing Udawalawe experience and you can book Safari and straight with the owner, they can organise everything for you. thank you soo much rayan.naguz - 10Scored 10

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this accommodation! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The safari they organized was impressive and the jungle garden with its beautiful flowers, plants and fruits especially delighted the children who got to try some fruits. The air conditioning worked well and it was the only place we stayed in Sri Lanka with continuous hot water for showering. Udawalawe is an ELephant Safari park primarily and one would expect to see many elephants however pls inquire from your hotel prior booking because during the hot season you will not see elephants freely roaming around. also if there are too many vehicles entering it becomes too crowded. The restaurant has a great offer and good prices & the staff is so friendly and helpful! Of course we did a safari that was arranged by the hotel. Our drivers name is ravind and he did such a wonderful job, I would always recommend him. He was friendly, helpful and translated the animals name in his language. He did his best so we could spot a lot of different animals and of course a ton of elephants! We really enjoyed the time with him.Tome - 10Scored 10

Perfect stay! The location is quiet & the rooms are incredible. Very clean and comfortable: shower that works perfectly, comfortable bed, air conditioning. I went on safari with the host and the value for money is unbeatable: 5h safari, all included (breakfast, entrance, etc.). It really met my expectations! I can only recommend staying at wild park safari home stay .Sins

The room was LOVELY; bed was comfortable, and outdoor concept for the bathroom/shower, and the air con could be as cold as you wanted it! Monkeys live on or near the grounds so it was fun to watch them swing through the trees. Staff was so nice and accommodating! Our accommodation (luxury tent) was really nice, well designed and comfortable, a plus was the outside bathroom with jungle view. Also this place has everything inside, two swimming pools, a spa (quite pricey for Sri Lanka) and an exceptional restaurant with very good prices too. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We’d definitely recommend to our friends visiting the area.

And the owner Samantha is providing the best safari tours at Udawalawe National Park. Book an all-day tour with him, you will not regret it. We met many tourists doing a 4h tour starting in the early morning who haven’t seen a single elephant. We started later, but took our time and went deep into the park. At the end of the day we saw more than 50 elephants, 5 crocodiles and many other animals.
