Lisbon Country villa is quite lovely with beautiful grounds and beautiful facilities. It would be a great place for a group of friends to share for an extended stay as it can accommodate up to 35 people. We were traveling around Portugal by car and it had plenty of parking. Owner was friendly and looked after our needs including a beautiful breakfast spread at 7AM so we could eat before heading to the airport! Aparently there is also a Lisbon City Villa also if you need a location nearer the city centre.

Oeiras is a suburb of Lisbon, so not overwhelmed by tourists. We found some great places to eat that were appreciative of our custom. There was a fantastic vegan restaurant just outside the town centre (Alma Veg). The main problem for us was the ddual carriageway that passes right by the beaches.

All best beaches in Lisbon Subarban are located in Oeiras region. If booked a hotel this region , all the prominent beaches like Carcevelos , Cascais are all reachable in short duration by the Moffusil train. Beach lovers can think staying in Oeiras region . Please note , I found public transport is not much effective or the frequency is very low , lot of time waiting for a bus , and finally have to depend on Taxis most time, that May shell out more expense

I travelled to Oeiras for business, visiting the campus right next to the hotel. Perfect location for this purpose. The are is fairly modern with many prestige companies located within the area. Less than ten minutes in a taxi gets you to the river front where it is more traditional with some really good restaurants. Not at all touristy.

Unfortunately, WiFi coverage wasn't detected within room and nearby proximity. We used our own 4G/5G network coverage by our own Dutch Provider. We were told that WiFi is available by Reception Desk and inside Restaurant (breakfast) Room some 100m walking distance away.
The Security Pole-Bar does not lift up automatically, On two night occasions, we had to wait and wonder if we will ever get to drive through to reach our rooms to sleep. The Porter was asleep himself but woke up from the car's hybrid engine breaking the night's silence, I believe. If I drove a Tesla, I might sit inside and wait for hours!!!
We had noisy guests nextdoor banging the room furniture around and inside their rooms, and dragging about the terras stoels outside as well. Next morning we complain to have us relocated to another room but Management said it won't happen anymore as the "kids checked out" early in the morning before we went for our breakfast at 09:30.
I suggested, in future, any guests who are kids.... place them at the very far corner rooms towards the end of the driveway. We are both in our late 60 en & 70s.
The breakfast in the Restaurant had quite an adequate range of food, nothing unusual to mention athough their fresh fruits were well served and in abundance but not all are ripe enough. seating is spaciously spread out and viewing outside over the canal, where the cruiseships passes through, is nice when the Sun is hovering above.
This hotel's location was ideal for us to reach after leaving Lisbon Center, Touring sights and dining at #Time Out etc every night upon returning. An easy straight drive along the 2-lane highway.
I would still return but hope the Management addressed the issues I disclosed in this review. So, if you are reading my review and wish to Reserve a booking, do ask to be sure if the Hotel seriously amended the issues b4 you decide yr confirmation.

Hotel was as described-shown at photos, it was clean and room temperature was full adjustable. It is far from the tourist area but near the buildings of many companies. The restaurants around the hotel are more than good. If you want to use public transportation you should buy a card from the metro station at the airport or it will be difficult to find a vending machine at this area. Overall for my case it was a plaesant stay at this hotel

The pool and the walking distance to the beach were positives.
Unfortunately the property needs upkeep as there are several items that were broken like chairs and beds, cabinet doors and the dish washing machine which made it quite unpleasant.
Even after supplying pictures and asking for support (dish washing machine) it didn't get fixed and it was flooding the kitchen every time.
we were told to keep using it as it is!!!
We spent a week at the 7 Castelos apartment in April and confirm all the positive reviews. The apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Trouble-free communication in the owner :) Oeiras itself turned out to be the best choice for us, it is a very nice town, without crowds of tourists, with good transport to the capital but also located relatively close to the beautiful beaches. We have very pleasant memories of this trip :)
This is a quiet top floor flat with 2 bathrooms in walking distance of beaches and much larger than pictures. Bed was comfy and had shutters to block out the sun. The terrace is a huge plus for relaxing and watching the view. I saw the sunset and sunrise here. Agata welcomed us into the flat and communicated well by giving us a tour and answered our questions patiently. There was a welcome gift of white wine in the fridge.
LOCATION AND THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY/ WINDOW - PRIVATE ROOM.
THE BOARDWALK IS JUST NEXT TO THE HOSTEL. (NO BIKES ALLOWED)
THE BEACHES ON THE AREA AND SERVICES AROUND PROVIDE ALL YOU CAN NEED FOR A LONG STAY.
CAR PARKING AVAILABLE FOR FAMILY TRAVEL.
FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE.
SOME STAFF WERE REALLY HELPFULL AND KIND, SPECIALLY THE CLEANING STAFF AND BREAKFAST STAFF.
Good standard Rooms, free parking, rooms clean, good air-condition, friendly staff. the only problem is the location which is far from Lisbon city center. I had a car so it was a big deal for us to drive to Lisbon by our car. in general if I go to Lisbon area, I will think about to use Holiday Inn hotel if they have available room with reasonable price at that time.
Very nice property. Peaceful and quiet. A little far away from the City Center, but still manageable with a car. Great common areas to enjoy your stay. Good breakfasts with variety. Comfortable beds. Requests responded properly. Good value for money. Well suited for longer stays.
This hotel exceeded expectations! The older portion is absolutely lovely. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful. The train was closer and more convenient than we initially thought it would be. The grounds were beautiful.
Location is good. It was not difficult to park close to the apartment. Oeiras has some pretty nice restaurants at walking distance from the apartment. Bed was fine. Claudia was very friendly and kind
The hotel is a good value for the money, the rooms are simple but clean and nicely sized. We stayed in the superior ones facing the ocean, with a small terrace and a wonderful view.
Great location at the centre of Oeiras, near big parking is available for only 1 euro per visit.
10 minutes to Santo Amaro beach and 3 minutes to the Oeiras public garden
Hotel simples, mas aconchegante. Gostaria de parabenizar e agradecer a simpatia do staff da receção, especialmente o William e a Daniela, que foram muito prestativos.
Rooms are great and spacious, hotel is brand new, everything very practical and well organized. Excellent architectural layout (and I’m an architect myself)
