The hotel was ok, the reception workers were very nice and friendly, the location is not so far from the city center , but you need I believe to have a car.

A nice vibrant hotel. There was an interesting mix of students that lived in part of the hotel long term and hotel guests. The table tennis tables were a nice addition. We were given a nice room that had a good view!

Groningen is beautiful, we were lucky to have visited when the fairground was in town which kept the teenager children entertained.
We also visited a few climbing centres while here.
Staff at the cafes, pubs and restaurants were all very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely visit again.

Groningen can seriously surprise you with it's beauty if you visit in right weather which will enable you to explore all it has to offer. We found our timing just right during our visit of mid/end May. It has a very joyous vibe, well planned infrastructure, multicultural cuisine, easy local conveyance, great connectivity with Amsterdam. Students from various walks of the world makes it even more vibrant and energietic.
The unique 'forum' building, University of Groningen and it's widely spread out yet classic campuses, beatiful streets, Grote market, clock tower and central garden will be remembered for a long time.

Groningen is a beautiful city , I would prefer it to Amsterdam . It is a nice size, there's loads to see and do. The Groninger Museum always has terrific exhibitions and the building itself is amazing. The Ship Museum is excellent also . There is a lovely ambience with many cosy cafes and bars and great eateries such as the Drei Gezusters. We had great takeaway food at the Vis Markt , the Kibbeling is very tasty and the portions everywhere are generous.
As it is a University city , there is a lively student atmosphere,
We walked everywhere as everything is accessible. It is a wonderful spot for a city break.

We liked this time a lot because of the boat tour through the town and our visit to Groninger museum with the Rolling Stones exhibition. We had diner at the Branderij and at Eetcafe de Slingerij. Both good quality for a fine price and kind staff.
The Lobby was amazing and available to hang out by the fire or have some complimentary coffee or tea. The room (including the beautiful paintings of famous opera houses around the world) was nice. Bathroom was incredibly beautiful. In addition to having the most central location in Groningen anyone can think of, the staff and service could not have been nicer! Having lived in Groningen for years myself, I can attest that you will have the most authentic Groningen-like experience staying at this hotel.
Well maintained, reasonably modern, clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location on, and access to, the lake is nice in summer. Great walking, cycling around the lake. Ask for a room with lake view. The others face the highway hidden behind the trees. Good access to/from the highway. Shuttle going into city, although we didn’t use it, is great as location of hotel is remote and Groningen is not a car/parking friendly city…..use the shuttle if going into town!
The room was comfortable for a solo traveler with a spacious bed and a great view of the city. My room wasn’t ready to check in just yet and the person at the desk (Melanya) was very polite and helpful. Gave me a voucher for a free drink at the bar while I waited for my room so that was pretty cool. If you’re someone who likes to socialize, the hotel offers many events and amenities to utilize during your stay.
The hotel location was perfect for exploring Groningen, which is a surprisingly great university city - more fun than more famous cities such as the Hague or Utrecht. Our room was massive and comfortable. We had to pay for parking, but it was not unreasonably expensive and it made the trip hassle-free.
We booked for Bud Gett Hostels but got a room in Martini Hotel bcs the hostel was full. The room was okay, a bit small but not a problem. TV channel also good. Bathroom was nice. No problem with hot water. Location also very close to the city center.
The hotel is located at around 7 km from the city centre. It offers ample free parking space. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The public spaces are also pleasant and nicely decorated. Both the bar and the restaurant offer good food.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-supplied and the bar and breakfast had plenty of options to cater for all. The hotel is also situated in a great part of the city that is easy to get to and get around from.
Good location of the hotel. Nice staff and a creat atmosphere due to all the students.
The breakfast was ok. There might be many better place around but it was convenient. The corner room was great seeing the sunset over Groningen.
Really nice and cozy hotel. Perfect position in the city centre and close to the university, restaurants pubs and clubs. Very welcoming staff and clean room. Perfect hotel to stay in groningen. I'm pretty sure I will go back
A very clean hotel with an amazing location right in the city centre. Enjoyed the stay a lot! The breakfast was alright with quite a good selection of hot and cold food options available.
The LABnul50 was a perfect place for a one-night stand in Groningen. The design is unique and interesting. The ceiling is very high. The rooms were small though, but it's not a big deal
A very nicely furnished and decorated apartment. It is just outside the city centre of Groningen in a quiet neighbourhood. We enjoyed the terrace to sit outside in the green.
The location was excellent, we really liked the vintage vibe in the hotel. Very unique and full of history decorations. Excellent caring personnel. Excellent breakfast!
