The hotel is beautiful and surrounded by nature and great for guests with dogs. Customer service was exceptional, I notified the hotel ahead of time I had a dog and when we got to the room there were dog treats, bowls and blankets which was an incredibly thoughtful.

This was our second stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect - the room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, nicely decorated and offered a spendid view of the mountains. The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, helpful and very professional. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. In our opinion, the hotel should have an additional star as the quality is that of a four-star hotel. We hope very much to return !

We spent 9 nights at the Delano and we had great time. Linda and her family were great help for us and provided excellent services. The palce was super nice and clean. We really enjoyed and we will defintely come back in the future.
