Amazing view from our room. This has surpassed our expectations and to sit on the balcony overlooking the mountains with a drink was perfect way to finish the day. The room was superb too, very clean and modern. The spa and pool facilities were brilliant - swimming while the sunset was a great experience. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious - lots of choice. Great complimentary sweet trolley in the reception area! Lots of parking space.

(1) After check-in a printer produced a sheet with all necessary information.
(2) Room and bathroom were clean upon arrival, and were properly done by a *human* waitress during the day.
(3) The room's window protected me completely from the traffic noise outside.
(4) I did not book breakfast, so I cannot judge it.

We loved the breakfast buffet, the friendly service and the central location of the property. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean, with a renovated bathroom and view into the courtyard. Wireless connection was sketchy but this was easily overcome with hotspot connection. The property is directly connected to a great restaurant with excellent food options.

Marktoberdorf is a lovely quaint little town on the "Allgau...
Marktoberdorf is a lovely quaint little town on the "Allgau cycle loop" (a scenic cycle path popular with tourists), 70 minutes southwest of Munich by train. It's quite small and tranquil, and everything is within walking distance. We stayed in the Hotel Sepp, on a quiet road but right opposite the station. This was a good base from which to explore the Allgau region via train excursions (to Neuschwanstein castle, Munich, Kempten & and hiking areas like Nesselwang) and by bike (we hired electric bikes from the nearby "Buhler" shop). There's a large Aldi next to the station and our rooms had fridges to store our food/milk. Our hotel also had an in-house Indian restaurant (open to all-comers from lunchtime until 23-00 hrs) which we enjoyed, but several other restaurants and bars were nearby if you fancied something else (although many were closed by 21-00 hrs). The direct train south to Fussen (for Neuschwanstein Castle) takes 40 minutes. After the castle, we enjoyed a 2 hour cruise on the Forggensee. On another day we hired electric bikes from Fussen station to explore the most scenic parts of the cycle loop towards Pfronten & Tannheim (Austria), right next to the mountains- really beautiful. Nesselwang (a ski resort in Winter, but good for summer hiking/toboggan/cable car rides) is 90 minutes away by train (via Kempten, which itself worth a visit). Munich city is 70 minutes away by train, but the airport is a further 40 minutes on the S-bahn since it is on the northwest outskirts of the city. Memmingen airport is closer to Marktoberdorf, but we could not get there conveniently from London and so flew to Munich instead.
The Hotel St Martin is really a well run purpose built Bed & Breakfst stop. A good welcome and helpful staff made my stay a pleasure as I was offered garage parking for my motorcycle. The hotel is modern, immaculately clean with well equipped rooms and bathrooms and a traditional German breakfast in the morning. There is no bar as such, but I was offered a beer in the garden, delightful.
I was pointed to an excellent restaurant for a pleasant evening meal within easy walking distance.
We stayed in many hotels during 10 days visit in Germany. This hotel was our most favorite!
This hotel was nice and clean. It has elevator so we didn't need to carry our luggage in stairs. We all were happy with our spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is run by a family and they were very nice and helpful. The location is about 30 from Neuschwanstein castle. It worked out nicely for the visit to the castle. The breakfast was good.
This hotel was a welcome surprise!
Nice welcome from staff, large spacious room with a nice view over the town and countryside, very comfortable bed, and availability of free tea/ coffee etc. The breakfast was especially good. A great hotel to stay and convenient location to town and the train station.
Clean and warm rooms. Free parking with enough places. Clean shared kitchen with everything you need. I was afraid of electronic check-in without a receptionist but this was very easy. We will return to this hotel again.
- the room and the bathroom were clean, spacious and relatively new
- they have put a bed for children for our 2.5 years old daughter
- the bed was very comfortable
- free parking on the site of the hotel
- free wifi

Very friendly staff, super clean room and the breakfast was excellent. the room itself also spacious. I recommended that you also booked dinner in this hotel too and it was very delicious!
Nice and clean hotel. Check-in is automated and no staff to be seen, this is very convenient when you are arriving late at the hotel. Room is big enough and had a great bathroom.
