Most of the people is friendly and helpful, the city no really nice with lots of streets getting flooded with sewage in rainy days, most of the taxis old and without a/c so needed in steamy hot days, lots of people not wearing protective mask during pandemic.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Not a luxury hotel, but nice enough for us for the night. The whole complex is gated, so very secure. Very pet friendly, which is important to us. They do charge a pet fee, but it was only a few dollars.
