The location is perfect but the hotel needs to be renewed. There were cockroaches on the floor. floor was not clean. Water from the shower all over the floor every time someone took a shower.

Big room and bed, AC works well, nice and spacious with big bathroom. Lift was sometimes a bit funny but nothing major, breakfast was good and nice pool area. Hotel is about 15 mins drive from Playa Delfines [£8-£12 Uber] and 10 mins drive from the ferry port to go over to Isla Mejures [£5-£7 Uber]. Would stay again and reasonably priced.

Cancún beaches and area is very beautiful!
Cancún beaches and area is very beautiful! White sandy beaches with clear and transparent sea water.
With a very nice night life and lots of restaurants.
Additionally, it's relativity close to many archeological sites, nature reserves, and family parks.

It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish.
It's not a place if you don't speak Spanish. I got on the beach and I could not get off because there was no exit to get off it was all private with fences. No seemed to speak English or help. It's not friendly and very aggressive to you as you walk through areas. Better figure out how to get. Pesos and then figure out how to use them. Very disappointed for a place that hardly anyone knows English for a place like Cancun.

This is absolutely my favorite spot to vacation .. the people, the beaches, the weather .. it is just so beautiful. At no time did I ever feel unsafe. We took buses, taxis, and walked places and had no problems at all. Xcaret is a must - the wildlife and natural beauty is breath taking. We ate at our resorts most of the time, but we did go to a couple little taco spots. Everything was good. We visited Juarez Beach, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, and ventured to some cenotes. The people are absolutely awesome and truly treat you like "familia" if you show them you are interested in them and their culture.

Everything was perfect.
Everything was perfect. During our trip we visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel and Cancun.
The 2nd day we took an amazing snorkeling tour in PC and the 3rd day we went to Xcaret…the most amazing place that has everything. My favorite part…Mexico Spectacular Show 😍😍😍!
The last 2 day in Cancun we stayed in the hotel and its beach and we had a walk to the night club area and restaurants.
We did something different everyday, including where and how we ate. Some days we cooked in our hotels because it’s pretty easy to get groceries or to eat in a local market!
We were really tired the last days but I didn’t want to go back home yet, I still wake up at home wishing I could go out to enjoy that surprisingly spectacular landscape!
Everybody can see there’s never enough time to know everything The Riviera Maya offers!!
I loved the decorations of the hotel, how fancy the rooms were. The Spa was lovely, plenty of restaurant choices with no reservation. And they are super patient and understandi g with accommodations. The food was excellent in the buffet, all in all the service was spectacular! Everything was awesome and easy to find and the workers were patient and amazing! It was my first time at a all inclusive Adults only. Absolutely recommend it. The fact I was able to connect music to the Bluetooth in the shower. These rooms left me speechless.
The hotel is very good, very friendly staff. We stayed for one week, but we did not have all inclusive, as we had trips around Cancun area almost every day.
It took us around 20 minutes to get from and to the Airport, depending on the trafic(with taxi). Also, if you want to get around hotel zone or to go to downtown Cancun, you can take the bus which goes on the Main road, R1 or R2.
The hotel also has a nice beach, but unfortunately, in the period we stayed the waves were quite big and almost all days we had a red flag.
Location and breakfast unique...
But the phone system in the room was worthless. Could not communicate with reception.
Im in and out of Cancun the next 6 month, and wanted to stay at R every time I was in CC, so I asked reception to hold some stuff for me while out of Mexico... They could not give me an answer.
The guard entering the hotel and parking was directly provoking. Took minutes to get in and out every time because he was to slow and lazy to move the cone.
I booked this for my GF who was traveling alone from chiapas to Toronto and had a stopover in Cancun. The area around the hotel is kinda sketchy because its near the airport but the hotel is totally safe and the people are really helpful. They will pick you up and drive you to the airport for half the price of the official taxi, and the room is big and comfortable. This is the only affordable option that's actually decent, highly recommended
The condo had the most amazing view. We also had a cat that came to visit and get milk every morning. This condo was far away from tourist trap so it was immersing in local living. I was very happy with the condo, but keep in mind mexico is not America. You are not in a 5 star hotel. But you get to experience a closer taste of the culture. There is a small private beach here as well if you want to go down stairs to it.
Tasty food
Cold and good 2 big pools
3 hot and comfortable jacuzzi's
Huge bed and big space room with a gorgeous view to the ocean
Nice air-conditioner and a fan
Hot water in the shower
Low price compared to the quality of the hotel
Amazing staff and perfect gym
The all inclusive is a must add. The food is delicious and the Japanese restaurant in the evening was off the charts. 10/10 would recommend
This hotel represents good value for money. It is very clean, the bed was comfortable and shower was hot and spacious. It is a basic hotel that represents value as opposed to luxury, so don't be misled by the 4 stars. The shared kitchen is handy and the outside space is lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Villa Sofia for a short stay if passing through Cancun.
great location and fun pool scene. loved the authentic feel vs. the Vegas style hotel. drinks were a bit watered down but if asked they could re-make them. the dinner reservation was frustrating that if you pay for an all inclusive you are not guaranteed the evenings restaurants. the causal dining was always available. I would stay again but bring better wine.
Nice, clean and spacious room with enormous bed, relaxing area close to the pool, on-site restaurant. Perfect place to come in after you land into Cancun airport and on your way. It’s a nice closed of little paradise.
I arranged a taxi with them from the airport to the hotel for 550 MEX$ and back to the airport for 450 MEX$
Free ride from airport to the hotel specially my flight got delayed for whole 24hrs. Kitchen was closed and staff made exception to make sandwich for me. Staff is friendly and accommodating when I requested to stop a ride for me to center Cancun due to language barrier. Owner was very responsive over wassapp before arriving.
Location is great , buses run all day and night every 5 mins from right outside Brisas Apartments
Pool , beach sensational ! Room with sea view beautiful ! It’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s clean everything works and it’s an awful lot cheaper and we didn’t want to not leave a hotel for 2weeks we wanted to see Cancun
We were there only for one night to catch the bus the next day to the airport, as it's quite near to the bus station from where my brother had to catch an early bus to the airport. The person at the reception was a decent bloke. The room had a balcony. Cheapest hotel available near the Cancun ADO Bus station.
Wow... the best All Inclusive hotel we've stayed by far!! Amazing staff, especially at the restaurants! The food was delicious, offering different choices. The room was awesome with the ocean view! The beach front was relaxing, clean, and welcoming!! We will most definitely stay there again!!!
Total nightmare!!! Was denied a simple cup of coffee because I had a blue wrist band and the coffee shops was for vips only... Thought it was an all inclusive resort... I left america where only black lives matter to be told blue bracelts are crap in mexico.. Dont go.
Immaculate 4-5* Hotel recently built and ideal for a stop-over. They key feature for me was the free airport shuttle, whcih given Cancun's high taxi prices mean't this almost paid for the room compared to if I'd stayed elseswhere
Staff was exceptional. They accomodate all the requests we made in a very timely manner. They had made our stay wonderful in Cancun 😊 If I visit Mexico again I would definitely keep Seven Boutique in my choices of hotel.
beautiful hotel in a newly developed area. not a lot around but if you don’t like all inclusive it’s a good choice. People were friendly. Room was large and well decorated. amazing shower. great gym. the pool is stunning.
Nice hotel in a relatively central position (if you have the car to move). Great as a stopover hotel if you need to catch a flight from Cancun Airport, 20mins max travel time to CUN. Breakfast is good with good options.
