Did not have breakfast, asked for coffee and supplied but not available to make in room.

We chose the location as a suitable stopping point on a journey from Bergerac to Calais, rather than any specific attraction of Vierzon. It is a fairly typical French provincial town, with no special attractions of its own, and has perhaps seen better times. However the host explained that it is a good base for visiting more significant towns in the area, such as Bourges. We weren't there long enough to explore the area.

Only one pillow, asked for another several times, eventually got a small one with no case. Hairdryer was supposed to be available but not in room. Asked several times but it never appeared. Restaurant good though a little short staffed. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. Good secure parking.

Vierzon is an old industrial town which is a little tired and I was not sure how safe I felt. The tractor museum was excellent with keen friendly staff. I would not wish to spend many days in Vierzon but the hotel was good and we did not have time to explore the out of town attractions.

a good stop over town. in the centre of France .plenty of petrol stations and supermarkets. fair choice of easy ,budget restaurants too. ideal for one night.i was also happy with the parking, right outside our room as we have a sports car and I'm fussy where I park it .this town is also on the route with fewer toll roads compared with LeMans/Tours. we were only staying over night so did not have time to explore the town
I keep coming back here for three simple reasons:
- Problem-free checking in when arriving late: check-in terminal works perfectly and spits out the room key.
- The wifi always works OK and is simple to set up on each device, similarly simple like e.g. Ibis hotel chains.
- It's possible to (5kW only, so slow) charge my EV for free at 200m walking from the hotel, at the Péage exit parking lot
I stayed here during a drive through France. I spent 8 hours total in the hotel. It was a good fit for my needs: there was a comfortable bed and a shower. In summary: not great for a week long family vacation, but if you just need a bed for a night, it's a great choice. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were doing their best to help me in English.
Host were so nice! Room was huge. Had access to a kitchen and a lounge. The swimming pool was exceptional.
Had a lovely breakfast. Host recommended a place to eat in the very pretty town centre, booked me a table as the tour de france was in town, and it was so worth it. And let me leave my car with them until after the race had left!
Through Booking.com we have used the Campanile network in Europe for many years of long distance motorcycle touring and have always been welcomed and had good service. It was good to come back to Campanile Vierzon, this time by car but parking in exactly the same place. Very little had changed and we look forward to coming again.
Only positives were that we were given a room to to back of the hotel, away from the very busy crossroad and the location of the hotel was near to a supermarket with petrol station and an Oriental restaurant..........ooh, and a grass area to the rear of the hotel to take my dog.
Our room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and nice shower much needed after long drive. For people travelling with dogs it must be great as we heard a few barks coming from neighbouring rooms. The hotel is a quaint family run hotel with nice, friendly staff.
Great location just off the motorway for travelling through France. Chalets in green setting.secure parking near to rooms. Ideal for dogs. Good restaurant with plenty to choose from. Standard french breakfast. Helpful staff.
I would stay here again for a stopover
As advertised, great stay for a quick overnight on the way to anywhere as its at a strategic location in the heart of France, very near multiple freeway options, free underground parking included.
It was a great family run hotel. Friendly english speaking staff (the family). Parking just in front of the hotel. The room was nice and so the bathroom. Nice town as well.
Great location just off the motorway, comfortable bed, quiet rooms, helpful staff. There are 2 restaurants next door so a really convenient stop halfway through France.
Really good location for a stopping point when driving through France on a tight schedule.
The staff were all really friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
The room location and parking are excellent with an interesting décor. The staff were very good and helpful. The hotel is in a good location at motorway junctions.
Breakfast is perfectly fine, rooms too. Next to the hotel is a great Pizzeria and a 50s-style Diner (Burgers and Shakes) where as a hotel guest, you get 15% off.
