Patricia was a brilliant host: excellent communication, great instructions and recommendations, doing the extra mile during our delayed trip due to long queues when crossing Dover to Calais, we were even welcomed with a nice pastry and a bottle of water (Thanks again Patricia)
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with no issues: full-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, induction kitchen, microwave, fridge, etc. Plenty of board games
Excellent location for visiting Disneyland Paris (either with your car or via train station)
A bunch of supermarkets within walking distance
Parking at the same location
A friendly neighbour's cat visited us and the kids were excited about having their pet during the holidays

Nice area close to Disney and shopping malls. Found a great Vietnamese restaurant in town. Excellent boulangerie as well ! A small Carrefour provided all the essentials (bread, beer, wine and cheese !!) required

We constantly used Uber and Bolt to go places. The rooms were very small, it was hard to find place to open up two luggages on the floor. Also the bed blocked the window, so it was hard to open it for fresh air. Breakfast was not what we're used to, continental, but for others it might be good. Staf was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had a wonderful and quiet garden where we spent late nights with drinks and snacks.

This was exactly what we needed as we weren't interested in staying in an expensive themed hotel. This was 10 minutes drive to Disney and close to loads of shops. It was spotless clean and had everything we needed.
